General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will try to work through her grief. Now that Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) gone, Maxie’s struggling to pick up the pieces of her broken heart. Nathan’s death has left Maxie to go through the rest of her pregnancy alone. The thought of Nathan never knowing his child will be particularly tough to accept.
Things are only going to get more difficult for Maxie as time goes on. She’ll find a way to cope with the pain, but she’ll continue to dwell on the events leading up to Nathan’s demise. Maxie will undoubtedly replay every horrible moment. She’s grateful that Nathan protected her along with their baby, but she’ll wish she could’ve done the same for him.
However, Maxie will replace some of her sorrow and regrets with pure rage. The more she thinks about Nathan’s death, the harder she’ll go after Lulu (Emme Rylan). GH fans know that Maxie was very against Nathan and Lulu’s interview. She realized it would put a target on Nathan’s back and pull Faison (Anders Hove) into their orbit.
Nathan was responsible for his own choices, but Maxie can’t blame her beloved dead husband. It’ll be easier to rip into Lulu and that’s exactly what she’ll do. General Hospital spoilers say Maxie’s anger will hit Lulu hard. Lulu’s already feeling incredibly guilty, so she’ll feel even worse when Maxie piles on her fury.
Maxie will deliver some difficult blows during their upcoming confrontations. She might suggest that with a friend like Lulu, who needs enemies? Maxie will make it clear that their bond has been shattered. Lulu will apologize profusely and tearfully, but Maxie could hold a grudge.
Will Maxie seek revenge as distraction from her mourning? She may throw herself into a plan to make Lulu pay. Grief can lead to some crazy behavior. General Hospital characters aren’t quite themselves when they’re in agony.
Maxie might decide that since her happy marriage was destroyed, Lulu should suffer the same fate. She could do her best to drive a wedge between Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu. For example, Maxie could make it look like Lulu’s having an affair. She might use Peter (Wes Ramsey) as part of that plot.
Of course, there are other ways to make a relationship fall apart. Maxie just has to settle on one and move forward with a scheme. Will Maxie spark big trouble for Lulu and Dante?
