General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brad (Parry Shen) will continue to live in fear. It seems like there’s a new threat around every corner! The latest one took Brad back to the beginning of the baby swap scheme. He had a couple encounters with Nelle (Chloe Lanier) the courthouse and they clearly left him on edge.
Despite his love for “Wiley,” part of Brad probably wishes he’d never gotten tangled in Nelle’s mess. Nevertheless, Brad’s in deep now and there’s just no way out. GH fans know Brad’s been dealing with birth parent drama and “Wiley’s” medical issues. However, he certainly can’t forget about Nelle! She just might be the person who crumbles Brad’s perfect family.
General Hospital spoilers say Nelle will keep scheming behind bars. She’s got plenty of time to mull over new plans and figure out how to pull them off. Brad will have to worry about that on the outside. Nelle’s final warning will inevitably ring in Brad’s ears, too. She was obviously affected by her little visit with Jonah.
Nelle got the maximum sentence, but she’s hoping she’ll be released for good behavior someday. She also mentioned there’s no stronger bond than the one between a parent and a child. Will that bond drive Nelle to do something drastic? With all the evidence against Nelle, she’s definitely not getting out of prison legally anytime soon. Good behavior or not, she confessed to murder.
Nevertheless, Nelle’s a very resourceful gal. It’s tough to believe Pentonville can really hold her for long! Since we know Chloe Lanier’s open to short stints, GH could easily set up another one. What’s an exciting twist that wouldn’t require Nelle sticking around? A shocking escape! No one would be surprised if Nelle made her getaway and snatched her own baby.
That’d put Brad in an even tighter spot. Would he reveal his plot with Nelle? Brad might confess if he was backed in a corner, but he could also try another approach. Perhaps Brad could argue that Nelle was just deranged and wanted a replacement for Jonah. He’d just have to hope the truth wouldn’t come out once she was found.
Of course, Nelle could either get caught with the kid or end up leaving him behind. She looks out for number one first and foremost, so she’d absolutely ditch Jonah if she had to. That could drag this on a bit longer and leave Brad fearful once again. He’d always have to wonder if Nelle might return.
