General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Steve Burton) will face more danger during the earthquake aftermath. They’ll fear for their lives as some falling debris will suddenly leave them trapped. The risky situation will be brief, but it’ll provide enough time to consider how they feel about each other.
Sam will declare her love for Jason during these intense moments. She just won’t be able to keep her feelings bottled up anymore. Being near death often leads to confessions like this on a soap. Jason will undoubtedly let Sam know he loves her, too.
The good news is Jason and Sam will be just fine as GH spoilers say Drew (Billy Miller) will save them. The bad news is they’ll have to deal with the feelings they unpack. These two tend to ignore their issues, but they won’t be able to do that for much longer. Sam needs to fully address her past with Jason before she can make her next move.
Of course, Sam’s also in love with Drew. Their feelings are very real and that makes all of this even more complicated. General Hospital spoilers say this GH love triangle will heat back up. Sam will once again be torn between the twins. She thought she’d closed the door on Jason, but she won’t be so sure soon enough.
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will do her best to help guide Sam through all this. She’ll offer some advice and let Sam take it from there. Sam probably won’t be ready to just bail on Drew and the life they’ve built together. However, she may wonder if she should tell Drew about the love confession.
The New Year’s Eve kiss could come into play as well. Sam knows there are still some sparks with Jason, so she could battle extreme guilt. General Hospital spoilers say Drew may sense that something’s up. It looks like Sam will delay their chat about Jason, but Drew’s instincts will leave him concerned.
