General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of September 17-21 tease that the drama will heat up in Port Charles. First, Cameron (William Lipton) will try to avoid more punishment. He’s already grounded for shoplifting, so he doesn’t want to add a penalty for fighting. Cam will tell a few fibs to get Liz (Rebecca Herbst) off his back, but his web of lies will ultimately fall apart.
Later, Cameron will blame Oscar (Garren Stitt) for getting him in trouble. Liz will make Cam offer an apology, but it won’t be a sincere one. The conflict between these teens will intensify, but Kim (Tamara Braun) will naturally be more concerned about Oscar’s brain tumor. She’ll reach an agreement with Drew (Billy Miller), so maybe they’ll decide on a time when they’ll eventually tell Oscar the truth.
After all, Oscar will have to find out at some point. It’s understandable that Kim would want Oscar to live a normal life for as long as possible, but he needs a chance to say his goodbyes.
In the meantime, Lucy (Lynn Herring) will be taken aback by an invite. Perhaps Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) will meet with her as part of his Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) impersonation plot. He may have something sneaky in mind.
Elsewhere, GH spoilers say Kiki (Hayley Erin) will encounter Griffin (Matt Cohen). They’ll take a moment to catch up and grow closer. Love could be blooming before you know it.
Across town, Carly (Laura Wright) will reach a place of desperation. Michael (Chad Duell) will still be drowning in grief, so Carly may try to ease his pain somehow. She might set up a bit of a trap to make that happen.
Michael won’t be pleased by Carly’s meddling, so there’ll be more family issues soon. Fortunately, Michael should know that Carly means well. That’ll help them as they navigate tricky territory.
Over with Sonny (Maurice Benard), he’ll play dumb and hope for the best. It seems Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will close in on the truth about the body, but Sonny will work hard to keep secret.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Jason (Steve Burton) will feel stressed out. He’ll need some advice, so Sam (Kelly Monaco) will be his first stop. She always manages to calm Jason down and put him on the right path.
Meanwhile, Lulu (Emme Rylan) will cross the line and spark some hostility. She may get on Ryan’s bad side or possibly provoke one of his previous victims.
