General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina (Michelle Stafford) will confide in Franco (Roger Howarth). It looks like he’ll do the same, so they’ll develop a stronger bond. Franco and Nina have a complicated history, but they’re both on better paths these days. They may connect over each other’s happiness as well as a few issues they’re facing.
Franco found his dream girl in Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and he’s glad to be part of her family. He truly cherishes Liz and her boys, so that’s what’s going right in his life. Of course, Franco’s also feeling like a bit of outsider. Since he’s planning to marry Liz soon, Franco knows he’ll have to be more hands-on as a stepdad. At the same time, it’s tricky to know how hard to push.
Aiden’s (Jason David) problems will get worse in the coming weeks, so that’ll become a bigger crisis for Liz and Franco. Since Kiki (Hayley Erin) will probably be killed off, that’ll be another massive hurdle. General Hospital spoilers hint that this wedding may be postponed once again. Is the universe trying to tell Liz and Franco something? Are these two just not meant to be?
That’s up for debate, but it could be an important part of the story. If Franco and Liz STILL aren’t getting married, we have to ask why. Perhaps GH has different romantic roads in mind for them. Since Franco and Nina could be in each other’s orbit a bit more, that may be a hint. After all, Nina will certainly wash her hands of Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) when his daughter deception’s revealed.
There’s always hope for the future on soaps, so never say never on a Valentin and Nina reunion. However, it obviously won’t happen right after the scheme’s exposed. It could be a while before Nina can even look at Valentin again!
Nina will likely need another love interest in the meantime, so Franco could be an option. If Kiki turns out to be Nina’s real daughter, maybe they could come together in grief. Kiki’s potential death could strengthen their bond and push them into new story.
Now you may be wondering where that leaves Liz. Many General Hospital fans have always rooted for a Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Liz pairing. Once Kiki’s gone, GH might make Liz the new lady in Griffin’s life. It’s at least a possibility since Liz and Franco just can’t seem to tie the knot!
