The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that we’ve got some comings and goings news to share. First, let’s talk about all the recent departure announcements. B&B is shifting gears and that means several cast members are on their way out.
Courtney Hope will be exiting the role of Sally in the near future, but there could be a silver lining. The Young and the Restless seems to be on the hunt for a Summer recast and there’s been some buzz about Hope potentially getting the part. It’s too early to say if that’s true, but we’ll certainly keep an eye on the situation for you.
Patrika Darbo will also be leaving as Shirley, but perhaps Days of Our Lives will want her for a return stint as Nancy. Alex Wyse (Saul), Danube Hermosillo (Darlita) and Courtney Grosbeck (Coco) are exiting the show as well. The whole Spectra gang has wrapped up their final scenes, so stay tuned for those down the road.
That’s a lot of departure news, but there’s at least one cast addition in the works. Nia Sioux will debut as a Forrester intern on April 24. The role obviously seems minor, but at least Sioux’s character gets a name! The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say she’ll be playing Emma. It should be fun to see how B&B inserts her in a story.
Meanwhile, the CBS soap just celebrated a significant milestone. March 23 marked The Bold and the Beautiful’s 31st anniversary. The show posted lots of great cast pics on social media. They had some fun posing and indulging in scoops of ice cream. “We are very grateful to all of our fans and viewers for your loyalty and commitment to watching #BoldandBeautiful,” the Bold Insider account tweeted.
Let’s hope B&B’s around for many years to come! Thanks to Bill’s (Don Diamont) attempted murder mystery, things are still heating up in this fictional version of Los Angeles. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say more shockers are looming, so stay tuned.
