The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Hope (Annika Noelle), at long last, finally has her man. Liam (Scott Clifton) is hers, their baby is on the way, and no current dilemmas are looming.
It is worth noting that the long Lope arc has taken years to arrive at this plotted point in the fictional version of Los Angeles. Devoted B&B fans don’t need a refresher course on both characters interconnected history. Newer viewers can find many fine article resources in this regard via this comprehensive soap site.
It must be noted that Lope’s second wedding try was such a light-hearted event that even Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor’s (Hunter Tylo) butter cream battle wasn’t a problem. The well-written sight gag scene hit on all cylinders, allowing Lang and Tylo’s legacy characters to revisit their many interpersonal squabbles.
The veteran actors looked like they were having a great time and surely must have roared, along with the entire cast and crew when the cameras went off.
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope’s combined reaction was classic. They admonished their mother’s and then made them take a cake walk of shame in front of the gathered wedding guests, who weren’t outraged, but amused. That specific event was a humorous way to highlight what had been a starkly serious, long lead-in to Lope’s second nuptial attempt.
The baby Hope and Liam are expecting projects to be due, if born on time, somewhere in the first quarter of the new year. Here’s hoping that the pregnancy flows smoothly and that she delivers a healthy child. Ideally, Lope’s first would be a boy, as Kelly would then gain a brother.
Speaking of Kelly, her mother has been so gracious through this point. Steffy’s legit epiphany was not expected, but has proven to provide a logical path to various new storyline paths that can now be explored.
Liam, Steffy, and Hope, were tormented by Bill’s (Don Diamont) endless interference. Thankfully Dollar Bill has also come to realize what he should do. His own turnaround feels real and should allow Lope to have a blissful start to their long-awaited, hard-fought and earned marriage.
It’s obvious that fans would have varied feelings about Steam verses Lope. Some feel that Steffy offers the type of stronger personality Liam needs to thrive. Others believe that Hope and Liam are more balanced personality types. The second theory will now be tested, as B&B’s writers have finally allowed.
