The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Hope's The Dark Horse Suspect In Bill Shooting - Steffy Framed?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Liam (Scott Clifton) and Thomas (Pierson Fode) are innocent. While neither man has a solid alibi, both characters didn’t shoot Bill (Don Diamont). But there is another suspect who the police haven’t yet considered.

Thomas’ return to Los Angeles coincided with Bill’s shooting. While Mr. Forrester recently learned how Spencer attacked his life, he acknowledge his innocence to his father.

Now, just because Thomas said he didn’t pull the trigger doesn’t, in and of itself, exonerate him from suspicion. But logic dictates that there wasn’t enough of an incentive for him to have tried to off Bill.

Yes, Caroline’s (Linsey Godfrey) recent double-admission shocked him. Learning that she’d lied about having a terminal illness and then telling Thomas that Bill developed that story was terrible. But Douglas’ well being tamped down his dad’s need to even any score.

Thomas and Sally (Courtney Hope) had a recent heart-to-heart conversation at her apartment. He questioned Miss Spectra about the shooting and was satisfied with her denial. After telling Sally what he’d learned from Caroline, Thomas advised that they were no longer together. That reestablished Tally as a couple.

Liam’s heartfelt admissions, while he was alone with Bill in the hospital room, revealed that he wasn’t the shooter. B&B viewers know that Liam is a very sensitive man. So the idea that he would have carried out a premeditated hit on his own dad was a bit of a stretch.

Clifton’s character has been holding vigil at the hospital because he cares about Bill. As Liam said, despite all that’s happened, he’s still his dad.

As viewers recall, Liam vowed to his unconscious father that he would find whoever shot him. Wanting to bring to justice whoever the mystery holder was of that gold gun underscores Liam’s innocence.

However, at this point in the investigation, Detective Sanchez (Jeremy Ray Valdez) hasn’t removed either man from his suspect board at the station. He continues to consider all possibilities in LA’s leading unsolved crime, though assistant chief Baker (Dan Martin) believes that Liam is innocent.

Liam, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope (Annika Noelle) were surprised that the detective knew Bill slept with Steffy. That, along with Bill’s desire to cut Liam and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) out of his life makes both brothers suspects, with Clifton’s character having the stronger motive.

But what about innocent looking Hope? It appeared as though a long-haired person approached Bill’s house on the windy night in question. Could it be possible that Spencer’s shooter is hiding in plain sight? If Steffy is somehow framed for the attempted murder of Bill, Hope’s likelihood of guilt would jump toward the Sky (wink).

Just a theory? Yes, as there isn’t enough evidence to prove anyone’s guilt, which includes all who are currently shown on B&B’s character list and those who aren’t (hint). CDL is a leading source for everything linked to The Bold and the Beautiful. Check back regularly for B&B spoilers and news!
