The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that the “Who Shot Bill” storyline isn’t anywhere near over yet. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) have been up in arms over the news that Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) shot Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) earlier this year.
They’ve been worried that Taylor may present an on-going threat to baby Kelly Spencer (Chloe Teperman) since she’s a cold-blooded shooter.
But now there are a couple clues pointing to the distinct possibility that Taylor wasn’t really the person who shot Bill. First off, the Soap Opera Digest (SOD) 2019 previews promise that the shooter storyline will continue, and that there are some unexpected twists and turns in the story.
Then there’s a recent tweet from Hunter Tylo, who portrays Taylor. In response to a tweet about the SOD 2019 preview that the “Who Shot Bill” story isn’t over with, Hunter Tylo replied: “Taylor was #brainwashed by…who? Maybe it comes out in therapy…”
This could add a whole new wrinkle to the storyline and introduces the possibility that Taylor actually didn’t shoot Bill. Sure, she has a “memory” of picking up the golden gun and shooting it, but could this be a false memory? Taylor was in a very agitated state that evening and could be confusing what happened with what she thinks might have happened.
Or, as Hunter Tylor’s tweet suggests, she could have been “brainwashed” during the course of her on-going therapy into thinking that she shot Bill. Her mind could be playing tricks on her, when in actuality she was there to confront Bill but didn’t actually shoot him.
Of course, if that’s the case, then who really did shoot Bill? Well, there’s one glaring possibility, and that’s Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Liam was previously under the belief that he was the shooter until it came to light that Taylor was the shooter.
Liam, who had suffered a concussion that night and didn’t exactly know what he was doing, previously had a memory of shooting his dad.Could it be that Liam really was the shooter?
That would certainly add some major complications to his life. Would Brooke and Hope then feel that Liam was too dangerous to be around his own daughter? And would Liam step up and turn himself in to the police? He would be in real legal trouble and at risk of being separated from his kids for the long-term.
