The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, September 27, tease that the custody battle between Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill (Don Diamont) will finally get underway. Everyone will convene in Judge McMullen’s (Joe Lando) court, and the much-anticipated hearing will come to order.
First, off, counsel will make their opening statements. Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will begin, and will explain to the judge that for the better part of a year, Bill failed to meet his joint custody obligations. But then Justiin (Aaron D. Spears) will get his shot, and he’ll argue that the solution to this disagreement is not to strip Bill from Will’s (Finnegan George) life.
From there, Carter will lay out Katie’s rationale for seeking full custody. B&B spoilers indicate that Bill’s misdeeds will be brought up one by one and used against him. The judge will hear all about how Bill was an absentee parent to Will while he was obsessed with chasing after Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and keeping Steffy and Liam (Scott Clifton) apart.
The judge will also hear about how Bill deceived Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and used him to keep Steffy and Liam from reconciling, then promised Wyatt the family fortune if he kept his mouth shut about Bill’s deception. It’s going to look pretty bad for Bill.
But Justin will eventually get his turn to present evidence in Bill’s favor. His witnesses, however, will spend some time on Thursday’s episode worrying about their upcoming testimony. Both Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Wyatt will fret about Katie’s reaction when they take the witness stand in Bill’s defense.
