The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will make some desperate moves. She’s still quite the schemer, but she’ll do everything in her power to avoid getting caught. Unfortunately, the jig is almost up. There’s just no way Chelsea can stop what’s been set in motion.
Y&R fans can expect Chelsea to do some bank account juggling and try to throw everyone off the trail. Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) been awfully nosy lately and rightly so. He’s living with Chelsea, so he deserved to know why she had a quarter of a million dollars in the bathroom duct.
However, Chelsea let Nick believe it was Adam’s (Justin Hartley) money and later lied about putting it in the bank. She’ll pile on more lies thanks to her alias, Alexandra West. Chelsea’s behind the fake website and knockoff sales. The Young and the Restless spoilers say it won’t be long until J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) figures that out.
Chelsea will make some last-ditch efforts to save herself, but she’ll soon realize she’s out of luck. When that becomes clear, Chelsea will give someone an ultimatum. Will she go to Victor (Eric Braeden) and demand his assistance? Since Victor can’t really fix this, Chelsea needs a getaway strategy. Victor’s the perfect person for the job!
After Chelsea gets the text asking her if she had a nice visit with Christian’s real father, she might use the fact that someone else is in the know about Christian’s (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) paternity and Victor’s knowledge of it. She could point out that Victor’s whole family would turn against him over his deception. Chelsea would insist that if Victor gives her an escape route the chances of keeping the paternity secret improve greatly.
Victor is an expert at making people disappear, so he could easily do this for Chelsea. He could fake Chelsea’s death or simply send her far away with plenty of cash. Either way, Chelsea could live a new life somewhere else.
Chelsea will definitely be tossing around some harsh threats on next week’s new Y&R episodes, February 5-9, so Victor seems like a good option for the recipient. Will Chelsea blackmail Victor with the paternity secret? Will she convince Vic to take action? We’ll give you updates as other Young and the Restless news comes in.
