The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Comings and Goings – Hot Recast News and Exciting Return Buzz – Y&R Star Reveals Exit Date

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that there’s some comings and goings news to pass along. First, let’s talk about a recast. The handsome and talented Brooks Darnell has joined Y&R as Nate Hastings, Jr. As a skilled doctor, Nate should be able to treat Victor (Eric Braeden) on the down low. Vic obviously doesn’t need any more scandals, especially ones regarding his failing health.

In addition to secretly helping Victor, Nate will run into some lovely ladies. As you might expect, The Young and the Restless will have Nate take his shirt off right away. Y&R fans want to sample the goods! Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will both get a shirtless shock this week.

Unfortunately, both those ladies will be leaving the CBS soap. Morgan recently filmed her final scenes, so it won’t be long until viewers have to say goodbye to Hilary. Ashley’s farewell isn’t too far off either. Davidson recently addressed her upcoming departure on Twitter and offered an exit timeframe.

“Yes I am leaving my @YandR_CBS in September,” Davidson said. “I’ve been so blessed to be able to play Ashley Abbott and work with the amazing people on the show and have nothing but gratitude and love for all!!! Time for a little more control over my day to day!”

This is Davidson’s choice since she wants to focus on he family. Still, Days of Our Lives fans are hoping Davidson will reprise her role as Kristen DiMera after a break. Of course, another Y&R star’s playing the latest version of Kristen. Stacy Haiduk (ex-Patty) has already filmed some exciting DOOL scenes that have yet to air.

Greg Rikaart (ex-Kevin) will wrap up his Days run this week and his deadly exit is getting a lot of buzz. Will The Young and the Restless capitalize on that and bring Kevin home to Genoa City? Even if it’s just a visit, many Y&R watchers would love to see Kevin again.

There have also been some murmurs about Noah’s (Robert Adamson) potential comeback, but nothing’s been confirmed at this point. However, it would make sense if Sharon’s (Sharon Case) mess explodes. Noah might want to be around to support her. If not, there’s always Nick and Sharon’s wedding this fall. Let’s just hope “Shick” can last that long!

That’s it for comings and goings! We’ll give you updates as other Y&R details emerge. Stay tuned to the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates, and news.
