The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor’s (Eric Braeden) condition will get much worse this week. His family will face some heartbreaking moments as they debate his future. Victor has been in pretty bad shape since J.T. (Thad Luckinbell) hurled him down the staircase. However, things will truly be dire soon enough. Some painful decisions are looming for the Newman clan.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will get some devastating updates from Victor’s doctors. She’ll realize that this could be the end of the road for Victor. They have a great staff at Y&R’s hospital, but there’s only so much they can do. Once they’ve exhausted all treatment options, a doc may inform Nikki that there’s not really any hope.
The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Nikki will mull over what’s next. She’ll want Nick (Joshua Morrow), Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) to weigh in on this. It looks like they’ll have to consider what Victor would want as well as what they can live with. Taking Victor off life support is a possibility they’ve have to accept.
Of course, Nikki and the gang might hold off as long as they can. They might even decide to give Victor a fighting chance by putting him in a long-term care facility. That choice wouldn’t go over well with J.T. He needs Victor to die and take some shocking secrets with him. There’s a lot at stake for J.T. and that could spark a stunning move.
The Young and the Restless fans know that J.T.’s got a dark side. He can be quite vicious when he’s backed into a corner. If he’d shove Victor down the stairs, he’d certainly have no problem trying to finish him off in the hospital.
Will J.T. sneak in and try to pull the plug on his enemy? That seems reasonable thanks to the direction Y&R’s taken his character in. J.T.’s capable of anything at this point. He’ll definitely pose a serious threat to ailing Victor.
Nevertheless, Victor probably isn’t going anywhere. If Victor was leaving the show, it’s doubtful they’d choose such a weak sendoff for this larger than life character. That means J.T. will probably reconsider or be interrupted if he tries to send Victor to the grave.
Could this be how J.T. gets caught or will he avoid exposure a bit longer? We’ll keep you posted as other Y&R news comes in. Stay tuned to the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news.
