The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that two characters will soon have a new secret to keep. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has enough to deal with thanks to the J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) saga. Secrets have been swirling within the cover-up crew for months, but Victoria’s about to add a personal one to the list.
Life hasn’t been easy for Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) lately either. He’s been trying to stay strong for Lily Ashby (Christel Khalil), but his resolve will crumble this week. Cane has had to run the household on his own, so he’s dropped the parenting ball a bit.
Charlie Ashby (Noah Alexander Gerry) let Reed Hellstrom (Tristan Lake Leabu) drive his car with a revoked license and then hid the truth. The real story will come out when Reed comes clean about hitting Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). The Young and the Restless spoilers can expect an explosive confrontation to come out of this.
Of course, Victoria and Cane will want to blame each other’s teens. Cane will argue that Reed is bad news, but Victoria will contend that Charlie was the one drinking. Their fight will eventually become about their own flaws. Victoria will snap that Cane is a terrible father. She’ll think he’s too weak and fearful to be a good role model.
Cane will fire back about Victoria’s love life. He’ll go down her list of romantic failures and suggest that she’s the problem. Cane will think Victoria must be unlovable since she can’t seem to keep a man. At least that’s what he’ll say in the heat of the moment. There’ll actually be some sexual tension bubbling underneath all this.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will feel it, too. In fact, it’ll drive her to do something impulsive and completely crazy. Victoria will plant a passionate kiss on Cane and leave him in shock. Instead of pulling away, Cane will quickly deepen their lip lock. He’ll kiss right back and enjoy feeling such a steamy connection. Cane has undoubtedly been missing that since Lily’s in prison.
Sooner or later, Victoria and Cane will come to their senses. This will bring their battle to a screeching halt, but it’ll also leave them rattled over their own reckless actions. Y&R spoilers say they’ll make a pact. Cane and Victoria will vow to pretend this never happened. They’ll instantly put it behind them and promise to never talk about it ever again.
However, all juicy secrets have to be revealed! This smooch will lead to massive problems for Victoria and Cane down the road. The secret’s sure to affect both Cane’s marriage and Victoria’s brewing reunion with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
