Ray Lewis is not on the stage tonight, an old injury flared up and it is announced that he left the competition.

Lauren Alaina and partner Gleb Savchenko dance the Tango to Roy Orbison’s “Pretty Woman,” from the Pretty movie.

Judges Comments: Len: “A little bit disappointed (the crowd boos) that you took off the hat. This was full-on attack, drive, and purpose. The Tango was excellent, you could have lowered your left arm a little. Terrific attitude and getting out there.” Bruno: “That was a racy Tango, full throttle. I’m telling you, some of the lines were very good. Watch your transitions though, engage your core.” Carrie Ann: “I definitely love the confidence. You still need to work on the musicality. I noticed a lot that when you are in hold you lean on your partner. You need to be less wobbly, but I still loved it.”

Judges Scores: Carrie Ann: 6, Len: 7, Bruno: 7 = 20/30

Hannah Brown and partner Alan Bersten do the Rumba to Wilson Philips’ “Hold On,” from the Bridesmaid’s movie.

Judges Comments: Bruno: “No need for a wedding planner, this could be the one to me. You are a wonderful dancer, but this is a Rumba, you have to put your feet on the floor more.” Carrie Ann: “Your lines are exquisite, but you need more hip action. It looked more like a cheerleader dance, but a very good one. You need to lose the jazz stylings.” Len: “I know you did a lot of ballet as a young lady, you have beautiful musicality. Occasional down below you needed more hip action. But, you are a lovely dancer, believe me.”

Judges Scores: Carrie Ann: 7, Len: 7, Bruno: 7 = 21/30

Karamo and his partner Jenna Johnson dancing the Jive to “I’m Still Standing,” from the Rocket Man movie.

Judges Comments: Carrie Ann: “Bravo, that was not the greatest, there were a lot of mistakes but what I like is that you came out here and entertained us and gave us joy. The toning of your feet just wasn’t there, I hope you don’t go home because I want to see more.” Len: “What I liked is that you didn’t mess about, you came right out and danced the Jive. However, it is what it is. Going wrong is like getting a hickey, everyone can notice it, no matter how much you try to cover it up.” Bruno: “Look at the bright side, you did go off like a rocket. You lost your footwork, but he is a very difficult dance. I am sure if you are back next week you be bigger and better.”

Judges Comments: Carrie Ann: 5, Len: 5, Bruno: 6 = 16/30

Ally Brooke and partner Sasha Farber dancing the Rumba to Selena’s “Dreaming of You,” from the Selena movie.

Judges Comments: Len: “You were in a skimpy outfit and you did fantastically, I really enjoyed the performance. And then, the end finished me off.” Bruno: “You really put your heart and soul into that dance and we all felt it. Beautiful, wonderful.” Carrie Ann: “You are truly such an emotional dancer, I had chills the whole time. I am so happy this season is about technique, that is exactly what we’re are looking for. It had passion, it was like your alter ego.”

Judges Scores: Carrie Ann: 8, Len: 8, Bruno: 8 = 24/30

James Van Der Beek and partner Emma Slater dancing the Rumba to Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow,” from the A Star is Born movie.

Judges Comments: Bruno: “I can confidently say there was nothing shallow about that performance. It is harder for a man to do the Rumba that a lady, and you made your partner look fantastic.” Carrie Ann: “So much poetry, beautiful choreography, you let go of every once of emotion. This was stunning.” Len: “You got a little bit wide in your leg action which impeded your hip action. This was a little too much on the passionate side for me.”

Judges Scores: Carrie Ann: 8, Len: 7, Bruno: 8 = 23/30

Kate Flannery and partner Pasha Pashkov dancing the Quickstep to Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5,” from the 9 to 5 movie.

Judges Comments: Carrie Ann: “That was so precise, it was so good, you are working hard and it is paying off.” Len: “I really liked it, you got right into character, I liked the performance.” Bruno: “Like the movie, this is a big hit.”

Judges Scores: Carrie Ann: 8, Len: 8, Bruno: 8 = 24/30

Lamar Odom and partner Peta Murgatroyd dancing the Cha Cha to “Old Time Rock ‘n Roll,” from the Risky Business movie.

Judges Comments: Len: “What I like is to see you dance because you are so much fun and I was optimistic, you had to do a couple of basic steps and the wheels fell off a bit.” Bruno: “You started quite well but you couldn’t manage it to the end. I admire you for trying, good job.” Carrie Ann: “This week you channeled the love from the audience, you had more confidence. You were doing well until that one wrong step. Keep up the good work.”

Judges Scores: Carrie Ann: 4, Len: 4, Bruno: 4 = 12/30

Sailor Brinkley-Cook and partner Val Chmerkovskiy dancing the Tango to “Here We Go Again,” from the Mama Mia movie.

Judges Comments: Bruno: “I can really see that you listen to us, you work very hard and it showed. A great feel great Tango.” Carrie Ann: “Very clever to enhance that with lifts. What a transformation, I felt everything you were doing.” Len: “It was full of snap, crackle, and pop. Lots of clever moments, this was a fantastic routine, well done.”

Judges Scores: Carrie Ann: 7, Len: 8, Bruno: 8 = 23/30

Kel Mitchell with partner Witney Carson dancing the Rumba to Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On,” from the Titanic movie.

Judges Comments: Carrie Ann: “Really solid dancing, I can tell how hard you are working. Try not to be tight though, smooth it out.” Len: “It needed more shaping in your hand, you get that through your thumb. I would have liked to see a bit more toning, but it was a good solid performance.” Bruno: “Look at the bright side, like the Titanic, you didn’t sink. You are a solid performer, just soften a little bit. You have talent enough to work on it and come back.”

Judges Scores: Carrie Ann: 7, Len: 6, Bruno: 7 = 20/30

Sean Spicer and partner Lindsay Arnold dancing a Cha Cha to the Bee Gees’ “Night Fever,” from the Saturday Night Fever movie.

Judges Comments: Len: “It was more like Monday night lukewarm. You walk along your feet are great, you start to do stuff and you are pigeoned toed. Although you mastered the rolly polly.” Bruno: “You are a genius, you turned Saturday night fever into a disaster blockbuster. Nobody would want to watch that again.” Carrie Ann: “I love that you are living your best life right now and you are having such a great time. You smiled from the beginning to the end no matter what. Try to loosen up a bit.”

Judges Comments: Carrie Ann: 5, Len: 5, Bruno: 5 = 15/30

Time for some results. Kel Mitchell and partner Witney Carson, Lamar Odom and partner Peta Murgatroyd are in the bottom two, but because Ray Lewis went home, nobody is leaving tonight.

THE END
