General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Oscar Nero’s (Garren Stitt) last days are upon us. The sick teen is fading fast, but he’ll manage to make a few more memories this week. Oscar will let his friends and family members know he loves them before he prepares to die.
This is sure to bring some tragic moments for Dr. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun), Drew Cain (Billy Miller), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and everyone else who’s close to Oscar. They’ve tried to brace for the devastation, but reality will hit them harder than they ever expected. Oscar’s death will be a crushing blow that turns all their lives upside down.
For now, let’s focus on the aftermath for Drew – although Kim will fit heavily in his GH storyline. Despite Julian Jerome’s (William deVry) attempts to comfort Kim, he won’t be able to understand quite like Drew does. General Hospital spoilers say Oscar’s demise will bring Kim and Drew closer than ever. That could be a hint about some old feelings being stirred up between them.
However, there’s much more in store for Drew than just romantic developments. His grief will also drive him to do something drastic in his professional life. Drew’s loved ones will be stunned by his upcoming business decision. He’ll undoubtedly put some serious thought into this since it’ll affect other people on canvas.
In the end, Drew will determine that this is the right choice for his future. Could he decide to sell Aurora Media and concentrate on something else? Drew might want to do something he feels is more worthwhile. He may hope to make a difference in the lives of others since Oscar won’t have the chance.
It makes sense for Drew to shake things up and try to find other ways to deal with his grief. If his heart just isn’t in Aurora Media anymore, he should really move on and let someone else take over. Of course, we have to wonder who that person might be. Could Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) be the one Drew sells his company to? It actually lines up with Jax’s upcoming General Hospital spoilers.
Here’s what we know about Jax’s return so far. He’ll come home to support Josslyn, but he’ll soon find a reason to stick around indefinitely. Jax could certainly stay for love at some point, but he’s not going to fall head over heels in an instant. Since Jax has corporate experience, an easier explanation is Jax purchasing Aurora Media and staying in town to run it.
Whatever the case, Drew’s big decision will lead him down a new path. It sounds like it could also lead Jax down a new one of his own! We’ll give you updates as other GH news comes in.
