General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will keep enjoying their newfound brotherly bond. However, something might just come along and put that bond in jeopardy. Drama is always just around the corner on General Hospital, so there’ll surely be some issue that pops up.
The trouble may start with the return of a familiar face. Rebecca Budig is headed back to the ABC soap as Hayden Barnes this summer. Naturally, Hayden will come home with the kiddo in tow. She’s been hiding the truth about Finn’s child, so that’s sure to shake up his world before long. It’ll inevitably shake up Finn’s relationship as well, but Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will likely stand by him.
After all, Finn’s had to put up with all of Anna’s drama. It’d be unfair if Anna couldn’t take Finn’s drama, too. Nevertheless, Anna may give Finn an out if he wants to reunite with Hayden and raise their baby together. She would understand, but Finn may pass on that – at least at first. He’ll inevitably be deeply hurt by Hayden’s decision to keep this news from him.
Finn has missed crucial moments and milestones with his son or daughter. He can’t get those back, so Hayden’s baby lies are going to be a real problem. Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will likely keep leaning in Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) direction. GH seems to be inching them toward each other, which could leave Chase single and looking for another damsel in distress down the road.
Will Hayden lean on Chase down the road? Chase is a real sweetheart of a guy and he always wants to fix things – especially when it comes to his brother. He’s an optimist, so he may insist that the damage can be repaired. Chase might try to help Hayden put her family back together, but could he fall for her in the process?
It’s obvious Finn has some unresolved feelings when it comes to Hayden. Even if he rejects her, Finn certainly won’t want his brother making moves on his ex and “baby mama.” This could reignite Finn’s grudge against Chase and create a great love triangle with Hayden at the center.
Since Anna could be drifting toward Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), that could leave Finn and Chase to clash over Hayden eventually. Do you think Chase and Hayden would be a nice match? Could Chase at least be used as angst before a Finn and Hayden reunion?
