General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, July 8, tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will report his findings. As he prepares to party on The Haunted Star, Curtis will give Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) a call. He’ll admit that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) has a file on Valentin as well as one on Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck).
Valentin will encourage Curtis to keep digging and see what else he can discover. He’ll feel better about the situation since Curtis is working for Jax and has access to plenty of info. Meanwhile, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) will lash out at Julian Jerome (William deVry) again. She’ll still be riled over his meddling in the “Wiley Cooper-Jones” situation, so she’ll wonder what good Julian’s help has ever done anyone.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Ava Jerome (Maura West) will meet with a psychic played by Veronica Cartwright. GH hasn’t revealed this medium’s name yet, but she’ll be quite the character! Ava will sit down with the psychic and insist she wants to talk about Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin). She’ll hope she can contact her daughter somewhere in the beyond and hopefully get some closure.
Elsewhere, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) certainly won’t be able to enjoy Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) wedding reception. Brad doesn’t enjoy much of anything these days! He’s far too freaked out over the “Wiley” secret and Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) growing threat.
Brad will tell Julian that Shiloh thinks he’s “Wiley’s” father. They’ll discuss how a DNA test could blow the lid off the baby swap plot. General Hospital spoilers say Julian will plan to do everything in his power to protect Brad and Lucas Jones’ (Ryan Carnes) family. He’ll just hope it’s enough to keep things from crumbling.
Over with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), she’ll throw back a few too many drinks and start running her mouth. Liesl will drunkenly tell Felix DuBois (Marc Anthony Samuel) that this marriage isn’t meant to last, but it seems she won’t be referring for Liz and Franco’s. She’ll likely be talking about Valentin’s impending marriage to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Later, Liesl will blab to Franco about something. It appears Liesl may drop some huge hints about Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), so she should end up kicking herself eventually. The last thing Liesl needs to do is give up her leverage and get on Valentin’s bad side. He’s a dangerous man when he’s got nothing left to lose – which will be the case if his relationship with Nina explodes.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) will enjoy having a reason to celebrate. It seems she’ll attend this reception and put her grief on hold for a while. Liesl will go overboard and splash into the harbor within the next couple episodes. Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) will also make her long-awaited comeback soon, so there’ll be no shortage of distractions!
However, Franco and Liz will still get the wonderful wedding reception they deserve. “Friz” fans should be pleased with how this couple’s night plays out.
