General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, October 28 Update – Liz Faces Heartbreak, Loses Franco Case – Couples' Therapy Secrets

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, October 28, teases that Judge Lasser (Gina Hecht) will explain her ruling to the courtroom. She’ll make a long spiel about how there’s no easy answer here. Judge Lasser will admit it’s not a matter that’s merely academic or legal. This is undoubtedly one of the most complex cases she’s ever ruled on, but a choice must be made.

Judge Lasser will acknowledge one man will live and one man will cease to exist, so this isn’t something she’ll take lightly. However, the only way she can truly guarantee that outcome is if she lets “Drew Cain” remain “Drew Cain.” If “Drew” is forced into the procedure and it goes wrong, both Drew and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) could disappear from existence.

There’s a good chance that’ll earn Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) a victory for his client. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) has heartbreak ahead, so it makes sense that she’ll lose the case and worry she’ll never see her husband again. As for “Drew,” he’ll reconvene with Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) and admit he’s struggling with her near baby bomb. The fact that she drugged the real Drew and tried to force him to sleep with her will really weigh on Franco.

Kim is doing somewhat better these days, but she’s still focused on staying connected to Oscar Nero Quartermaine (Garren Stitt). “Drew” is her last link to Oscar, so he’ll fear their relationship may not be good for Kim. She needs to be healing and moving on, not clinging to something that’s not even real.

General Hospital spoilers say Laura Webber (Genie Francis) will nudge Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) toward compassion. This could have something to do with Franco since Sonny will eventually help Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). However, Laura may also chat about Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) while she’s there. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) tossed some veiled threats around, so both Laura and Sonny need to make sure Spencer stays safe.

Over with Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), they’ll have a tense couples’ therapy session with Dr. Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan). During their conversation, Lucas will make an admission that feels more like an accusation. He’ll feel like Brad’s keeping something from him, so Neil may question Brad about that. It’ll be a difficult predicament for Brad, who obviously can’t confess he swapped his dead adopted baby for Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) live one.

The baby switch secret will remain under wraps for now, but Julian Jerome (William deVry) will remain concerned. On Monday, he’ll spot Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) with “Wiley Cooper-Jones” (Erik and Theo Olson) and have a minor meltdown. Julian will scoop “Wiley” up and demand some answers. He’ll wonder what Willow’s doing with his grandson, but Lucas and Brad are open to Willow being in the kid’s life.

Willow recently babysat “Wiley” with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and she clearly cares about the boy. It’s a good idea to leave your child in the care of someone who’ll protect him, and no one’s been more protective than Willow. She’ll likely point out that Brad and Lucas are busy at therapy, so she’s on babysitting duty again.

Julian will have a bad feeling about this, which is somewhat understandable since Willow isn’t the real birth mom. He’ll wish Brad could distance himself from the mess he’s created, but that’s impossible at this point. Meanwhile, GH spoilers say Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will catch up with her personal trainer, Kendra Lennon (Michelle Argyris). She’ll grow closer to Kendra, but she won’t know she’s being drugged through her supplement.

Alexis will be oblivious to Kendra’s nefarious plans, so she’ll wind up confiding a bit. She’ll suggest her days of running to “her” rescue may be over, so Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Lexi Ainsworth) name may come up. Alexis will always be there for Kristina if she’s in big trouble – like if she signs up for a cult, for example! However, this mom’s trying not to sweat the small stuff anymore.

Kristina is an adult, so she can make her own decisions. This awful experience with Dawn of Day helped Kristina grow and change, so let’s hope fewer rescues are needed. Alexis, on the other hand, will definitely need a rescue once Kendra’s plot revs up.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will snap at Chase in the boxing gym. He’ll warn Chase not to get in the ring with him, so Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will probably be the reason why. Chase was just following orders when he arrested Sasha, and Michael has tried to accept that. Even so, watching your buddy take your girlfriend into custody doesn’t exactly give you the warm fuzzies.

It looks like some great drama’s brewing in Port Charles. We’ll keep you posted as other GH news comes in. Stick with the ABC soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news.
