General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, October 7, tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will start to suspect that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was working with Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) to help him escape on the night he was trying to kidnap Wiley Cooper-Jones (Theo and Erik Olson). They’ve just learned from Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) that Peter was carrying a gym bag when he showed up on the pier that night, and that seems really suspect.
Of course, why Peter would be working with Shiloh will be a complete mystery to Sam and Jason, but they’ll want to get the bottom of it, as they’re looking for anything that might exonerate Sam for Shiloh’s murder. Of course, it doesn’t seem like Peter would be able exonerate Sam in any way, but they don’t know that. Plus, they’ll know that their good friend Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) has a vested interest here, since Peter is dating Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
Speaking of Spinelli, Jason and Sam will get him involved in searching for a link between Shiloh and Peter on Monday’s episode. Of course, Spinelli doesn’t particularly like it that Maxie and Peter are together, so he’ll want to get to the bottom of what’s going on in good time. And for now, he’ll keep his suspicions about Peter to himself and not clue in Maxie about Peter’s likely involvement with Shiloh… at least until he finds something definitive.
Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will feeling very uncomfortable. She’s currently at the chapel with Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) waiting for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to arrive. She has resolved to bite the bullet and tell Nina what she recently overheard in the bathroom at The Floating Rib – that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) isn’t really Nina’s daughter. She’s determined that Nina needs to know the truth.
But it seems that despite her best efforts, Lulu won’t get the opportunity to spill the beans before the wedding occurs. She’ll tell Nina before the wedding that she’s got something to tell her and that it can’t wait, but according to General Hospital spoilers, it won’t be until the actual wedding ceremony that Lulu blurts out the truth.
Other General Hospital spoilers say that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will sit down for a talk with Dev. Since she ended up telling Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) about Dev’s true identity – namely, that he’s not “cousin Dev” but that he’s from Turkey – she’ll want to let Dev know. Of course, that will probably scare Dev, as he could be in jeopardy of being thrown out of the country if he’s caught. Joss will probably reassure Dev that her dad wouldn’t do something like that.
Speaking of Jax, he’ll wait for Sonny Cornithos (Maurice Benard) to return home and pounce on him about the situation with Dev. Jax will be ruffled about the whole thing, since he doesn’t like it that Joss was put in a position where she had to lie. Plus, he’ll be iffy about Joss living in the same house with Dev, whose background is basically a mystery. Jax will fume at Sonny and remark that he hasn’t changed one bit, but Sonny will surely defend his decision to take Dev in and argue that he’s harmless.
Finally, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have a nightmare about her newborn daughter Donna Cornithos (Ella and Emma Hulen). It appears that she’ll doze off at the hospital and her underlying fears about Donna and her well-being will get the best of her. Of course, it’s natural for her to be concerned about Donna. This isn’t a typical new baby situation, since Donna remains in the NICU rather than being with Carly, and she’ll be glad to wake up and realize that Donna’s ok.
