General Hospital spoilers reveal that a new set has been added to the Corinthos compound and fans are overjoyed. General Hospital fans have often commented on not seeing characters cook on the show. On recent GH episodes Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) kitchen set has been revealed. It seems that Sonny’s kitchen is the highlight of some fans GH week!
Sonny Has Cooked Often
General Hospital’s Sonny has cooked since his arrival in Port Charles; he even taught Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to cook as well. We have seen Sonny deliver breakfast in bed to various women. Sonny has cooked several holiday meals.
Finally, after all these years, we see where Sonny does his magic. Sonny makes his gourmet meals like a pro, and it was nice to witness where the dimpled don cooks it up. Maybe we will see Sonny whip up some of these delicious meals.
Carly’s Pregnancy Is A Good Tie In
The fact that General Hospital’s Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) needs to have a healthy pregnancy is a great tie into showing the kitchen set. Sonny gets to make healthy meals for Carly in his kitchen and make sure she is eating the right foods for her and baby Corinthos. Sonny loves his Italian food but is making sure to make healthy options for Carly.
Any Carly fan knows she loves frozen pizza and cheesy snacks. It is refreshing to see them talk about a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Having Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) there to tell her about the baby was a cute scene as well.
More Than We Expected?
General Hospital’s Sonny had this house built years ago, and there has been no conversation about an upgrade to his kitchen. However, Sonny’s kitchen has been completely modernized and is beautiful.
Could this be a sign that General Hospital executives listen to fans? Fans often complain about not seeing soap characters do everyday things as recent as last week there were comments about not seeing kitchens in these homes.
Most fans realize that these are props and kitchens aren’t usually a part of the set. Sonny’s wholly modern and stunningly beautiful kitchen proves that they do monitor social media groups in some fashion.
General Hospital fans are some of the most passionate fans in daytime and want to see it all. Of course, this kitchen leaves people with something to long for and model their kitchen after. There are certainly GH fans out there who want Sonny’s kitchen, and several who would love Sonny, the cook with that kitchen.
