General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, October 3 Update - Lulu Reels From Sasha Fake Daughter News - Baby Donna Undergoes Surgery

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, October 3, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have some tense moments as she waits and wonders about how little Donna Corinthos (Ella and Emma Hulen) is doing in surgery. As GH viewers know, Donna was born with Spina Bifida and needed surgery immediately after birth. At a time when mom and baby should be cuddling and bonding, Donna was whisked off to surgery.

It’s got to be hard on Carly, plus she’ll be worrying about the surgery’s outcome. Carly is shown in Thursday’s GH previews anxiously asking Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) whether the surgery is over, and Donna is ok. Sonny will surely do his best to calm Carly as they both wait for word from the surgeon about how everything turned out.

Meanwhile, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) will be absolutely horrified by what she’s just heard. She was in a bathroom stall at The Floating Rib and happened to overhear Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) tell Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) that she wasn’t really Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) daughter. Of course, Lulu was floored by the news, but neither Liesl nor Sasha knew she was listening to them.

Well, on Thursday’s episode, Liesl and Sasha will continue their conversation, with Sasha upset and Liesl insisting that they continue with the ruse so as not to hurt Nina. But what else will Lulu hear? Thus far, she hasn’t heard the most shocking part of the story, which is that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is in on the lie as well.

Whether or not that crucial detail comes to Lulu’s attention remains to be seen, but what she does hear will certainly rattle her to the point where she needs some support. She’ll confide in Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson), who will show up at The Floating Rib later. That will likely bring Lulu and Dustin closer together, which will be nice, but Lulu will still have a big problem. She’ll surely be wondering whether she should tell Nina what she heard.

And this is all complicated by the fact that Nina’s wedding will be the very next day. That will put Lulu in a bind, but maybe Dustin can be the voice of reason and lend some good advice. At any rate, GH spoilers indicate that Nina will remain blissfully ignorant of what’s going on, so perhaps Lulu will decide to keep what she heard to herself for the time being.

Other General Hospital spoilers say that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will overhear an interesting conversation as well, but this one won’t be about Sasha. Rather, it will concern someone else’s daughter – his own! He’ll catch Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) on the phone referring to someone as her “honeybun,” and he’ll subsequently chide her about it. She’ll need to come up with a quick excuse – maybe she’ll say she was on the phone with Aiden Webber (Jason David)!

Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will spend some time at the bar with Ava Jerome (Maura West), and he’ll let her know that he and Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) have a new baby sister. It’s hard to imagine these two having a lengthy conversation, since they aren’t best buds.

Finally, Nina and Valentin will get some well wishes from Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), who will show up at The Floating Rib as well. He’ll tell them that he hopes their wedding will serve as a new beginning. As GH viewers know, he and Nina seem to have buried the hatchet after a period of conflict over Jax’s interest in Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck). Jax may also want an update from Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about how Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) search of Wyndemere is going.

It sounds like a lot of GH drama is heating up for Thursday’s episode, so stay tuned! We’ll give you updates as GH news comes in. Stick with the ABC soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates, and news.
