General Hospital (GH) spoilers review for Tuesday, November 26, reveal that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) got a visit from Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Laura was curious about why someone would have stolen Jax’s credit card to rent the getaway van for Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck), and Jax deflected the question. Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) then arrived and invited himself in with a proposition for Jax and Laura.
He claimed to be representing a person who was in possession of the portrait of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers). Laura and Jax were immediately skeptical, and Martin went on to say that his client wanted to remain anonymous, but that the person would like to hear their best offer for the portrait. Martin even produced proof that he had the painting on a tablet that he happened to sit down on the coffee table.
After Martin left without getting any information from Laura or Jax, the two talked about the codicil, and then Martin reappeared, having left his tablet on the table. Unbelievably, Laura and Jax both fell for this obvious attempt to record them and they allowed Martin to walk back out with his tablet in hand. He then took the tablet to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), who listened to Jax and Laura say that the codicil was in the portrait.
Of course, Valentin doesn’t yet know that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is the one named as heir in the codicil, or that he’s even alive. That could change soon, though, since another big development occurred on Tuesday’s episode. Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) was looking through Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) photos on her phone and happened across a photo of Nikolas. Charlotte instantly recognized the man in the photo as the man who she saw on the pier and in her house.
Meanwhile, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) met with Nikolas on the pier. Nikolas revealed that he heard Hayden and Valentin talking at Wyndemere, and Nikolas made it clear that Hayden was in grave danger from Valentin. He claimed that even if she gave up information about the portrait, that Valentin would eliminate her anyway. He stressed to Hayden that she needed to leave town immediately and disappear.
Hayden balked at that idea, but Nikolas made a pretty good case for why she needed to leave Port Charles behind and start over somewhere else with a new identity – and without her daughter. Upset, Hayden told Nikolas to leave, which he did. Hayden tried to call Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to tell him everything, when someone suddenly attacked her from behind.
Finally, on the teen scene, Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) struggled to keep his big secret from Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) as they sat in detention. Ultimately, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) decided that it was time to tell their friends the truth, so she and Dev admitted that Dev was from Turkey and was in the country illegally. They all made a friendship pact to keep the secret between themselves and protect Dev from deportation.
