The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) bond with Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) will have some unintended consequences. Hope’s just trying to help the kid cope with Caroline Spencer’s (Linsey Godfrey) death, but their connection will lead to trouble. For starters, Dr. Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) will undoubtedly use it to her advantage.
Taylor would love to free Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) up for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and give Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) his perfect match, too. She can kill two birds with one stone if she pushes Hope and Thomas together. Taylor may drop some subtle hints to Thomas and hope that she gets what she wants.
However, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) could easily warn Liam about Taylor’s plan. She’ll find out what Taylor has in mind, so she may push Liam to give Hope his full attention. Unfortunately, Hope won’t be willing to take it. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will make some plans for the future, but Hope will quickly shut them down.
Liam may want a getaway since Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) gave them this time together. Of course, Hope won’t be willing to leave Douglas right now. Besides, B&B fans know a trip might remind her of going to Catalina Island. Hope wouldn’t want to stir up all that grief again when she’s finally starting to heal.
As time goes on, Liam may grow increasingly frustrated. Hope will find comfort in taking care of Douglas, but what about Liam’s comfort? He won’t have the girls around to dote on. Hope has repeatedly rejected the possibility of having another child with Liam. Once she’s throwing all this energy into supporting Douglas, Liam may want to revisit the topic of having a baby together.
How would Hope react to that? She’d probably view Liam as insensitive to her feelings. Hope may argue that it’s different with Douglas since he’s already here and needs a mom. She didn’t have to carry him to term and risk losing him.
Still, Liam might think Douglas is holding Hope back. This could lead to serious issues for “Lope” and potentially kick off a divorce, which seems inevitable at this point. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam and Hope definitely have some conflict headed their way.
