The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is in for a big surprise. When Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) admit she’s back in the dating game, Liam will hesitate before responding. This certainly isn’t news Liam expected to hear, so he’ll need a moment to take it in and gather his thoughts.
Steffy should pick up on Liam’s stunned reaction. Since she recently seemed hopeful about another chance with Liam, Steffy will surely understand why he’d be shocked. However, Steffy can’t be expected to wait around until Liam waffles again. He’s with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) now, so there’s no reason why Steffy can’t dip in the dating pool again and see what’s out there.
It’ll be interesting to see who Steffy’s been dating and how she found them. Leo (Sam Myerson) was a handsome Forrester Creations buyer who once asked Steffy out. It’s possible Steffy got in touch and finally went on an offscreen date with Leo. There are undoubtedly plenty of other hunks in Steffy’s circle that she could’ve turned to. Even a dating app is a possibility here.
It doesn’t sound like things have gotten too serious yet, but it’s clear that Steffy’s at least keeping her options open. Since Liam and Steffy have been bonding again, B&B seems to be inching Liam’s heart back in her direction. What’s Liam going to do if he waits too late? By the time Liam’s ready to walk away from Hope, he may have some real competition!
Steffy may have someone special in her life at that point. Will she be in too deep and reject Liam? It’d be nice if Liam actually had to work for his reunion. Many viewers would rather see Steffy have a love story with a new man, but The Bold and the Beautiful is clearly gearing up for a “Steam” reboot.
Even so, Steffy could at least put up a fight and get wooed. Liam shouldn’t always have women waiting for whenever he finally chooses them. Perhaps Steffy’s next hunk could step up and protect his spot in her life. Instead of two ladies feuding over who gets to be with Liam, maybe B&B could switch it up and let Steffy’s two love interests battle it out!
