The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that life will throw Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) even more curveballs. He was devastated by Hilary Hamilton’s (Mishael Morgan) death, so coping with it has been a real struggle. Devon has battled anxiety, anger and plenty of sorrow. Lily Ashby’s (Christel Khalil) tough prison ordeal certainly hasn’t eased Devon’s mind.
Having Ana Hamilton (Loren Lott) in town has been a source of comfort, but things could get complicated soon. Ana was adamant about staying out of the spotlight, but she’s starting to let her guard down. That’s probably going to bring major trouble. There must be a deeper reason why Ana didn’t want to put herself front and center. She’s undoubtedly got a secret that could spark backlash.
It sounds like Devon could face additional headaches at the streaming label. Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin (Zach Tinker) has been a problematic artist for Devon. Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) once caused serious drama, too. Ana could just be the latest issue in a long string of difficulties. As the streaming label takes more hits, it’ll just add to Devon’s stress.
Devon wanted to throw himself back into work as a distraction, but all the chaos could result in label cuts or even the whole thing folding. Of course, that’ll be the least of Devon’s problems once April rolls around. The Young and the Restless spoilers say a storyline centered on Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) is coming. It’ll probably involve Neil’s death and how his loved ones handle the loss.
Devon will never truly get over Hilary’s demise, but he was finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Losing Neil could plunge Devon back into darkness. He may feel hopeless about the future, but perhaps someone will come along to give Devon comfort and a reason to smile.
Could that someone be Elena Dawson, the new character Brytni Sarpy (Valerie on General Hospital) is set to portray? Many Y&R fans suspect Valerie will be Devon’s new love interest. Elena might walk into Devon’s life when he needs her most. Maybe she’s faced some losses of her own and will understand Devon’s plight.
Elena could serve as a friendly shoulder to cry on, which could lead to a hot romance down the road. Do you think it’s time for Devon to move on?
