The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Week of May 6-10 Preview – Mia Arrested for Lola’s Attempted Murder, Paul Demands Justice

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of May 6-10 tease that some shocking moments are on the way. A new Y&R preview video shows Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) opening the door to her suite. Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) bursts in with an officer and announces that Mia’s under arrest for the attempted murder of Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle).

Naturally, Mia goes into panic mode and pleads, “No!” The cop puts handcuffs on Mia as Paul stares menacingly. This is all very exciting and should make for a fun scene, but we can’t help noticing that it looks awfully fake.

Paul comes in booming and seems overly aggressive – almost cartoonish even. It could be an over-the-top acting choice, but it feels more like what would happen in Mia’s nightmare. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Paul will corner Mia during the week of May 6-10. He’ll confront her about something, so it sounds like he’s closing in rather than actually making an arrest.

When an arrest goes down, Y&R often goes ahead and spells it out. They’d probably say “Mia gets arrested” just like they revealed “Tessa gets arrested” before Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) was taken into custody. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Mia will hit the sheets with Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) again this week. Perhaps she’ll awaken startled after this nightmare and confide her fears to him.

We should also note that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will insist on a paternity test during the week of May 13-17. It’s possible that could happen after Mia’s behind bars or if her bail gets posted. However, Y&R might decide to play out all the paternity issues before they wrap up the attack case.

Of course, we don’t want to rule anything out here. Y&R could be giving us a first look at Mia’s real-deal arrest. It’s just wise to explore all options and proceed with caution when it comes to preview clips. Soaps are fond of their fake-outs!

Regardless, The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that the Rosales family drama will explode soon enough. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news comes in. Stay tuned to the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news.
