Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will fear the worst after she finds out where Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) has taken Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal).
Hope will wind up at Paige Larson’s (True O’Brien) abandoned dorm room, where she’ll find Ben cowering in a corner crying. Ben will keep repeating that he’s sorry, so Hope will certainly have a bad feeling.
At this point, Hope will know about the brainwashing and will understand that Ben’s been programmed to do the unthinkable. The question is: Did Ben kill Ciara?
That’s what Hope will want to know when she arrives and Ciara’s nowhere to be found. Ben will remember everything leading up to the moment when he might’ve strangled his true love, but he won’t actually remember committing Ciara’s murder.
Ben will simply recall leading Ciara to that location and then desperately wanting to kill her. DOOL spoilers say Hope will need Ben to recall more, so she’ll try to pry some answers out of him. It won’t be easy since Ben will be in such a fragile state.
Nevertheless, Hope will attempt to walk Ben’s mind through what happened again. Days spoilers say puzzle pieces will slowly start coming back to Ben – and he’ll be absolutely horrified.
Ben will have to face the crushing possibility that he might’ve killed Ciara. That’ll certainly be tough for Hope to hear as well, but it’s important to get to the bottom of this.
Fortunately, there has to be more to the story here. For starters, Ciara’s dead body would still be on the floor of Paige’s old shower if Ben succeeded in killing her. The fact that Ciara will be missing seemingly confirms she’s alive.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben will be an emotional wreck, so it’s not like he’d be in any condition to move a corpse. It just wouldn’t make sense for Ben to move Ciara’s body and come back to the scene of the crime.
Instead, Ciara will probably escape during Ben’s blackout – or could perhaps be snatched by someone like Vincent (Michael Teh) following Eve Donovan’s (Kassie DePaiva) orders.
This may be part of a plan to make Ben believe he killed Ciara, even when he didn’t. Of course, that means Ben will have to figure out the truth and find some peace! We’ll deliver more updates as other Days news emerges.
