Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) has big plans for the Deveraux family. As viewers know, Gwen has taken a strong dislike to Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) for reasons that haven’t been made clear on the show, even though she’s made a point of forging a faux friendship with Abigail.
Gwen wants to be Abigail’s BFF so she can get close to Abigail and her family, but something sinister is definitely brewing here.
Gwen seemed awfully interested in hearing about Abigail’s closeness with her family, and in a recent episode, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) were gushing over Abigail and her big return to the Spectator.
During that gushing, Gwen seemed to sit back and silently seethe. Well, Days of Our Lives buzz is that Gwen may be Jack’s daughter from a relationship he had when he was living apart from Jennifer and Abigail, back when Abigail was a baby.
Well, thanks to a recent conversation that Gwen had with Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) portrait, we know that she’s planning on doing something awful at the party that’s coming up to celebrate Jennifer coming out of her coma a year ago.
Gwen pushed Abigail to throw a party to celebrate Jennifer’s medical miracle and Jack and Jennifer’s wedding anniversary, and now Gwen is helping to plan the big event.
But disaster is coming, and what’s likely to happen is that Gwen is going to make her big reveal about who she is relative to Jack, assuming that she is indeed Jack’s long-lost daughter.
That’s going to make for a disastrous and very unhappy celebration, not to mention a shocking one. And Gwen may have revenge on her mind, since she doesn’t seem to be too understanding about ending up alone and without her dad all these years.
Who knows, Gwen could even be planning to whip out a gun and threaten Abigail or Jennifer (who will be played by Cady McClain at that point) to take something from Jack to make up for all her pain growing up deprived of a good family.
Whatever the case, Gwen seems hell-bent on causing havoc and getting revenge, and it’s all going to go down at the party.
But there’s one thing that Gwen isn’t counting on, and that’s that Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) has an inkling that Gwen’s up to no good. As Days of Our Lives viewers know, Jake overheard Gwen talking to Stefano’s portrait, but at this point how much he heard is up in the air.
But if Jake heard that Gwen’s planning something mysterious for the big party, then there’s the possibility that he could end up interfering with her plans and saving the day.
What if Gwen does go after Abigail at the party? Gwen might reveal that she was the one who drugged Abigail a while back, and she might want to finish what she started in a very violent way.
Jake could have a big opportunity if he were to talk Gwen down, or even physically get Abigail away from a gun-wielding Gwen, and he might even redeem himself in Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) eyes if he does.
We’ll see what ends up happening, but clearly Gwen’s got big plans for the Deverauxs at the anniversary party that could get quite violent. Do you think that Jake will end up saving the day?
