Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, December 14, tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will blow his top over what Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) just figured out. Sarah was able to identify Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) as the mysterious Angela Van de Camp, so now Xander knows she’s been using an alias and working with Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson).
As Xander processes the news, he’ll realize why it was so hard to nail down who the mystery woman was. They’ve been trying to identify a “dead” woman! Xander may assume Philip got himself into trouble and had to climb out of it. With Sarah’s help, Xander may deduce that Philip’s laundering money for Ava and her shady mob family.
While Xander plots his next move, Philip will arrive at Ava’s apartment and gripe about her survival going public. Philip will probably argue that Ava just made it tougher to keep their connection under wraps.
However, Ava’s priority is clearly Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams). She couldn’t stay in hiding when her precious boy needed her – and she won’t care what Philip thinks about it anyway. All Ava will care about is making sure Philip follows orders, so she should deliver a few more on Monday.
In the meantime, Joey Johnson (James Lastovic) will get a small welcome home party. It’ll just be with his immediate family, but that’ll be more than enough for Joey as he enjoys his first night of freedom. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Joey will kick back with a beer and remain in shock that this is even happening.
When Joey woke up this morning, he certainly didn’t think he’d end the night as a free man. Joey will catch up with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and even Tripp in Monday’s DOOL episode.
Although things should be uncomfortable when it comes to Ava, Tripp will be glad Joey was granted his freedom and can get back out in the world. Joey is bound to hear about the assault accusations and paternity test proof eventually, so that may add another layer to this awkward reunion.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will seek legal advice from Belle Black (Martha Madison). Allie will meet with Belle to discuss Kate Roberts’ (Lauren Koslow) civil suit idea and wonder if Belle can score her a win. Before Belle agrees to take the case, she’ll let Allie know this isn’t going to be easy.
Although a civil suit could help Allie get a sense of satisfaction, it’ll be painful to go back to such a dark place. It’ll mean going over the details of Allie’s assault again and reliving her trauma, so Belle will urge Allie to really think about this.
Nevertheless, Allie will apparently stick to her guns and may offer Tripp a warning in the town square later. Tripp was hoping his legal nightmare was over, but Allie might insist she’s just getting started!
As for Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) and Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), Days spoilers mistakenly point to them becoming official on Monday. The show obviously made an error in what they released since Charlie and Claire already did that. Even so, we might see Charlie and Claire strengthen their bond on Monday as they enjoy their newfound relationship status.
