Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) mess will get messier. Once Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) found out Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) talked Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) out of adopting her baby, she hit the roof.
Allie went into labor during her showdown with Sami, so she hasn’t had much time to think about the next step.
However, now Allie’s baby boy has arrived. Allie’s clearly feeling overwhelmed, but she’ll have to make some tough decisions during the week of August 3-7. Her son’s future is at stake, so Days spoilers say Allie won’t appreciate all the deception.
For starters, there’s Rafe. He went along with Sami’s demands and never offered the real reason he was turning Allie’s offer down. Allie thought she could trust Rafe, but she may not be so sure anymore. Of course, Rafe may argue that he might’ve made the same decision not to adopt, even without Sami’s interference.
Regardless, DOOL spoilers say that option’s off the table at this point. What Rafe wants doesn’t matter since Allie won’t be giving her baby to him. That brings us to Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith).
Nicole will bring Sonny and Will up to speed on Sami’s manipulation, but Will already knows what his mom did behind Allie’s back.
Sonny’s going to be furious when he finds out Will stayed silent – and so will Allie. They’ll both feel like Will was part of the manipulation, but Allie will feel especially hurt.
This is her favorite big brother – at least that’s what she tells him! Allie has a strong bond with Will, but it’ll take a hit since he made such a selfish move. Will wanted a second child more than he valued Allie’s wishes.
In the end, Allie will announce she’s not giving her baby to Will and Sonny either. Everyone’s tainted this whole adoption process. Allie has to know the adoptive parent or parents can be trustworthy.
None of the key players have proved that to her except for Sonny, who’ll surely understand why Allie would bow out after Will, Rafe and Sami’s lies.
What’s Allie going to do without any backup options? Sami’s still hoping Allie will connect with her baby and decide to keep him, but Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) warned that wouldn’t happen. Allie’s been adamant about not being prepared for motherhood.
Nevertheless, Sami’s had enough kids to know that sometimes it can really affect you when you meet your son or daughter for the first time. That meeting hasn’t happened yet for Allie, who tearfully turned down her first opportunity. Allie just didn’t think it was the right call under the circumstances.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Allie will relent after Nicole’s gentle nudge next week. Nicole may argue that Allie has to know for sure she wants to give up her baby. Allie will always have to wonder about what might’ve been if she doesn’t meet her son.
Just as Sami predicted, Allie will indeed have a very emotional reaction to this first meeting. The path has been cleared for Allie to raise this child herself, so it looks like that’s where this hot plot’s headed. As other Days news comes in, we’ll offer more updates.
