Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, December 21, teases that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) won’t want Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) to have a blue Christmas this year.
Brady will come bearing gifts when he arrives at Statesville – including a special one from Rachel Black (Josephine and Rosalind).
Rachel apparently got crafty with Daddy’s assistance, so Kristen will gush over the tot’s snowman art. Days spoilers say Brady will embrace Kristen, who’ll end up fantasizing with him.
They can’t be home for the Kiriakis clan’s Christmas gathering, so we’ll see an alternate reality scene of Brady and Kristen’s ideal holiday.
DOOL fans know Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) used to be the gardener, which is something Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) loves to remind him of. Xander will resume that gardener role with humorous results in this fantasy sequence.
We’ll also see Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) buzzing around in a maid’s uniform. Maggie will dust and offer some colorful commentary along the way.
Kristen will be all dressed up and ready to enjoy the holiday, but she’ll be quick to tell her butler he missed a spot as he cleans the silverware. That butler will be Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), who’ll snap about how he’s not Kristen’s scullery maid. It’s good to know that even fantasy Victor is curmudgeonly!
Over with Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), he’ll say a few words as he gazes at Adrienne Kiriakis’ (Judi Evans) gravestone. Justin will remember pleasant Christmases of the past, but he’ll also focus on the one happening in the here and now.
Once Justin sees Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) in town, he’ll convince her that he’s not hung up on Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) or anyone else for that matter.
Justin will truly want to pursue a romance with Bonnie, so that’ll be music to her ears. Bonnie will lock lips with Justin, who’ll deliver an invite to the Kiriakis family gathering.
After Bonnie accepts, she’ll enter the mansion with Justin and immediately get some dirty looks. Victor and Maggie won’t approve of Justin’s Christmas date, but they’ll just have to deal with it!
Meanwhile, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will kiss Xander before they move into the next phase of their plan. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah will plan to put on a show in front of Xander – just like Philip wants.
Xander will be on what Sarah and Philip are up to, but he’ll still grimace over the kiss he spies later.
Not to be outdone, Xander will bring his own dazzling holiday date to the Kiriakis shindig. Philip will be stunned when Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) joins Xander, but this date obviously won’t be genuine.
Xander is someone Chloe can tolerate, but just barely! Chloe will reject his kiss after Xander holds up mistletoe, but Philip will still be a little uneasy over Chloe showing up with Xander.
However, Chloe may admit she got roped into it and didn’t have anywhere better to be. It looks like Parker Jonas (Christian Ganiere) will be with his grandparents, so Philip should be glad Chloe’s not alone for the holidays. There’ll be a cute “Phloe” moment as these exes feel a familiar spark.
As for Sarah, she’d better be careful! Days of Our Lives spoilers say Philip will catch Sarah on the phone at one point. Sarah will probably make a suspicious comment to Xander and leave Philip worried about being manipulated.
Nevertheless, Sarah might be able to turn on the charm and cover her tracks.
