Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, November 2, teases that Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will have to cover his blunder. That’s because Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will hear the secret her hubby keeps when he talks in his sleep!
Eli will be in the hospital following Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) attack, so that’ll give Lani a chance to listen by his bedside.
Although Eli won’t admit exactly what he did, Lani will hear him tell Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) that he’s sorry. Of course, Eli can simply argue that he feels bad about arresting Kristen in the first place, but DOOL fans know it’s more than that.
Eli secretly taped Kristen’s confession and used it to talk her into pleading guilty.
Now Kristen has to suffer behind bars without her daughter while Eli happily plans for his own family with Lani – or not so happily if his growing guilt is any indication. Nevertheless, Days spoilers say Eli will manage to cover his tracks and get Lani off his back for now.
At Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) new headstone, Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will somberly say goodbye and reflect on how messed up things have gotten.
Ciara was shot and blown to smithereens according to Vincent Belman (Michael Teh) – and Tripp is facing rape accusations thanks to what Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) believes happened in London.
Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Tripp is most likely innocent, but that’s a story that’ll continue to unfold. For now, Tripp will sulk by Ciara’s grave and unburden himself in some ways. Tripp may want to talk about Allie’s allegations and the toll they’re taking on his life.
Across town, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will dread the admission he needs to make. Tripp was firmly against a DNA test, but Steve agreed that Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) should do one anyway. They’ve been hiding that bombshell from Tripp, but it’s going to blow before you know it.
DOOL spoilers say the DNA results will be in soon, so Kayla will gently nudge Steve toward confessing. She may argue that if Tripp truly never touched Allie, then he should be grateful in the end.
Steve indeed hopes this DNA test will prove Tripp’s innocence, but that won’t be the case later this week.
It turns out Steve won’t get a chance to spill the test news either. It’ll be Allie who inadvertently lets the cat out of the bag, so stay tuned to watch Tripp’s anger explode.
At the airstrip near where the car blew up, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will demand to know whether Ciara’s alive. After leading Vincent there, Ben will learn Vincent hasn’t told him everything.
Vincent will play mind games, but Ben will demand that Vincent just spit it out!
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Vincent will ultimately reiterate that Ciara is dead. He’ll even offer some additional info to make Ben believe it’s true. Once Ben hears there’s no hope, he’ll try to bring himself to pull the trigger.
Ben will feel like it’d ease some of his pain to avenge Ciara’s death, but he’ll also know this just isn’t him anymore.
Since Ben got the help he needed, he’s not a vicious murderer these days. Ben has become one of the good guys, so it’ll be tough for him to go back to such a dark place.
However, Ben only has Vincent’s word to go on – and we all know he could never trust that. Even so, Ben will be trying to make himself go through with Vincent’s murder until Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) appears.
Days spoilers state that Shawn will take away Ben’s weapon and place him under arrest.
Both Ben and Vincent will be taken back to the Salem PD, where Shawn will lecture Ben about all this rage he’s dealing with. Shawn will get why Ben’s in bad shape, but he’ll feel like Ciara would want Ben to find a better coping mechanism and press on.
