Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) are in for a big shock in the coming days. As DOOL viewers know, they are currently under the belief that their baby girl – Rachel Black – died shortly after her birth. But in reality, their daughter survived, and it was actually another baby – Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton – who died that night in the hospital nursery.
But because Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) were present in the nursery shortly after baby Mickey’s death, they took matters into their own hands and switched the babies, resulting in everyone believing that it was baby Rachel who died. Victor and Xander thought they had all their bases covered, as they paid the doctor who helped them with the switch to leave Salem and be gone forever.
But now that doctor is back in Salem, which is a huge problem for Victor and Xander, and that’s not the only problem. According to DOOL spoilers, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will soon get clued into a big detail – that Rachel had a birthmark on her neck. When Nicole spots a birthmark on the baby that everyone is now calling Mickey, she’ll know that something’s up.
Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that once Nicole sees the birthmark on Mickey, she’ll start investigating and it looks like she’ll be the one to bust the baby swap secret wide open. And unfortunately for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), they’re going to have to be told that the baby they’ve been raising as their own is actually the biological child of Kristen and Brady.
That’s going to lead to heartbreaking anguish for Sarah and Eric, but it will be joyous news for Kristen and Brady, who will be ultimately reunited with their daughter Rachel. DOOL viewers should look for some amazing and touching scenes, as they reconnect with Rachel and bond as a family. But once they’ve had their wonderful reunion with Rachel, they’re going to want some answers about how the baby switch happened in the first place.
And while Kristen has done a lot of changing in the past year or so, she’s probably going to boil over with rage when she realizes that someone deliberately switched the babies, and that Xander and Victor are the culprits. Of course, Brady will be livid as well, but he doesn’t have the ruthless history that Kristen has. Kristen will probably be out for blood, and she’ll want to take down Xander and Victor once and for all.
One wonders exactly what Kristen will do for revenge once she learns the truth. In true DiMera spirit, she’s surely not going to let Xander and Victor go unpunished, and she just might get help from her dad Stefano DiMera aka Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) in bringing down the Kiriakis men. One can only imagine how upset Stefano will be when he learns what Xander and Victor did to his granddaughter!
Of course, Kristen’s love for Brady and her desire to keep him in her life might temper her anger a bit, but something tells us that she’ll unleash on the culprits when she learns the truth.
