Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, May 13, tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will grill Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) about the thugs who came looking for him at the garage. Jake tried to play dumb, but Ben’s just not buying it. He’ll give questioning Jake another shot on Wednesday and try to figure out exactly what it is that those baddies wanted.
While Ben puts Jake on the hot seat, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will spread the engagement news. Once Ciara gives Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) updates on her impending marriage to Ben, Hope will look a bit anxious at first.
However, Hope knows how much Ben and Ciara mean to each other. This supportive mom will find a way to put any lingering concerns aside for Ciara’s sake.
Hope will admit she can’t forget what Ben did. Ben’s past as the necktie killer will haunt him for the rest of his life, so that should come as no surprise to Ciara. Even so, Ben has proven himself to Hope.
She’ll suggest that although she can’t forget Ben’s history, she can remember how Ben saved Ciara’s life. Hope will appreciate how much Ben loves Ciara, so she’ll give this engagement her approval.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will visit Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) at Statesville. Gabi’s still convinced Jake has to be Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) somehow, so she’ll expect some answers from Dr. Rolf.
Of course, Dr. Rolf isn’t someone who usually likes to divulge much about top-secret work – not unless someone’s buttering him up. Unfortunately, buttering people up isn’t exactly Gabi’s forte! Gabi will probably lash out at Dr. Rolf instead, which could make this meeting a tense one in the beginning.
Nevertheless, Gabi’s desperation could drive her to beg eventually. It’ll be interesting to see what Gabi can pry out of Dr. Rolf in Wednesday’s DOOL episode. Next, Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) will turn up after her recent vanishing act at the hospital.
At the DiMera mansion, Abigail will spot Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and battle more hallucinations.
Despite what’s really happening, Abigail will have a vision of Gabi drugging a drink and taunting her. It’ll lead to Abigail physically attacking Kate, but Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will arrive in the nick of time. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abe will calm Abigail down and make sure Kate’s OK, too.
Later, Abigail will head back to the hospital, where her family will express relief. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will all focus on throwing their support behind Abby and making her feel their love.
Sadly, Abigail’s hallucinations won’t stop. Days spoilers say Abigail will eventually have a vision of Gabi and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) in devious powercouple mode. They’ll stare at Abigail confidently at the hospital and perhaps leave her unsettled with their plans.
The good news is a treatment option will become available for Abigail next week. The bad news it could mean Abigail has to travel out of Salem and be separated from her family for a while.
