Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of November 23-27 tease that some Salem surprises are on the way. At what should’ve been Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) wedding to Belle Black (Martha Madison), Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will become his bride instead. Jan will argue that Belle will die if Shawn doesn’t become her husband on the spot.
At John’s urging, Shawn will placate Jan by exchanging vows with her. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will have to do the honors as this wedding’s officiant, so this will be all kinds of awkward. Of course, Jan will hope this is going to be the beginning of her happily ever after with Shawn.
As for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), he’ll plot with John before stepping away from the ceremony. Brady will want to help Belle, but Jan will notice he’s missing and become enraged.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jan will eventually claim Belle is dead, so that’ll be the last straw for John. He’s more unhinged than usual lately – and Jan will pay the price!
DOOL fans will see John strangle Jan as Brady returns with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey). Shawn, Brady and Eli will push John to stop, but he’ll be a man on a mission. There’s no word yet on whether Jan will live or die, but she’s headed for an abrupt exit.
If Jan does pull through, a coma seems like a great option to put this schemer on ice for a while. After all, Jan’s been in one before. It just seems like a fitting end to Jan’s arc, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
Jan’s betrayal will take a toll on Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), who’ll realize she was far too trusting of her parents’ enemy. Fortunately, Claire will get plenty of support from Charlie Dale (Mike Manning). This will serve as a great opportunity for Charlie and Claire to grow closer, albeit under terrible circumstances.
Of course, we should also fill you in on the outcome for Belle. She won’t really be dead as Jan claimed, so that’s a relief. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Belle will be unconscious when Jan places her in Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson). Philip will make this shocking and confusing discovery soon enough.
On another note, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will feel like she owes Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) an apology. At Statesville, Lani will visit Kristen and let her bestie know she’s so sorry about Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) actions.
Lani will still be appalled by Eli’s betrayal, but Kristen will understand that Eli was just looking out for his family.
Since Kristen is separated from Brady and Rachel Black (Josephine and Rosalind May), she really understands the value of keeping the people you love close. Lani still has that chance, so Kristen will want her to take advantage of it.
Days spoilers say Kristen will encourage Lani to forgive Eli and try to understand his perspective.
In the meantime, Eli will be down in the dumps as he opens up to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will also be there as Eli fills Julie in on Lani’s outrage. Eli will explain that Lani kicked him out and is refusing to accept his excuses.
Over with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), they’ll team up on a sneaky plan. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander and Sarah will slip in the apartment of Philip’s secret partner.
They’ll search for clues about who the mystery woman is – though Days fans already know it’s Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).
Next, it’ll be time to celebrate Thanksgiving in Salem. Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will get an earful from Julie, who won’t be happy about the cheating that went down while Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) was in a coma.
Jennifer will have a rough day as well, but she’ll have Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) to lean on.
As for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), he’ll be a victim of Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) manipulation. Gwen will work the jealousy angle as she stirs up more conflict between Chad and Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash).
Abigail will be manipulated as well since Gwen will subtly encourage her to drink again – and bad things happen when Abby drinks on her meds!
When it comes to Jake’s romance with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), he won’t want her feeling like they have anything to hide. Jake will be more than willing to let this romance become a public one. We’ll see if Kate goes along with that idea, but trouble’s brewing either way.
We should note that Salem’s Thanksgiving festivities will air on Wednesday, November 25.
The show will be preempted on Thursday, November 26, but the action will pick right back up on Friday, November 27. That’s when a couple of big returns are on the way.
Days spoilers say Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will return to Salem. Some shockers will be waiting for them right off the bat, so let’s talk about those.
There’s a good chance Gabi will find Jake in bed with Kate, which will throw off her plan to reunite with Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) twin brother.
As for Rafe, he’ll learn the news of Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) death and get updates on Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) leaving town.
Hope just couldn’t accept Ciara’s demise without more evidence, so she intends to leave no stone unturned in the search for her. Sadly, that means no “Rope” reunion for Rafe.
Back with Gwen, she’ll play more tricks and cause major paranoia for Chad. It won’t be long until Chad’s convinced something must be going on between Jake and Abigail. DOOL spoilers state that Abigail will cap the week off with a thaw in her relationship with Jack.
Abby will score forgiveness from her dad, so there’ll be some sweet moments as Jack agrees to reconcile. CDL will have all the hot Days of Our Lives spoilers, updates and news you need, so check back regularly.
