General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Survival Clue Brings Jason & Franco’s Search – Escape Shatters Peter’s Captivity Scheme?

General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Survival Clue Brings Jason & Franco’s Search – Escape Shatters Peter’s Captivity Scheme?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that on October 30, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will get some information that leaves him unsettled. It’s worth noting that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will receive some unsettling news that same day.

A call will come in that leaves Peter on edge, so that’s something to keep in mind as we consider Franco’s next step.

After Franco gets updates on something disconcerting, he’ll turn to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) for help. That alone says a lot about the high stakes of this situation.

Franco knows he’s pretty much the last person Jason ever wants to hear from. If Franco’s turning to Jason for assistance, you know this is serious business.

It also suggests that whatever news Franco receives will matter to Jason. Franco wouldn’t turn to Jason for help with some random problem. This seems to be something that could connect Franco and Jason in a way.

During the week of November 2-6, General Hospital spoilers say Franco will track Jason down and share what’s troubling him. At that point, Franco will deliver a proposal that’s just as troubling – at least to Jason.

You can bet Jason won’t be thrilled about listening to this pitch, let alone joining forces with Franco.

So what’s this all about? There could be a few different angles for GH writers to pursue, but let’s consider one that’d tie together Franco, Jason and even Peter if that disconcerting call fits in here.

What if some clue surfaces about Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) survival? Could Franco learn something that leads him to believe Drew might still be alive and stuck somewhere as a hostage?

It’d be interesting if Franco received a hint about that. Franco came to Drew’s rescue when they were young boys – and they developed an interesting sort of friendship as adults.

Of course, Franco was also part of that “FrankenDrew” plot where he was memory-mapped into thinking he was Drew for a while.

Franco is certainly quite connected to Drew’s story and would be invested in this. The same goes for Jason, who is Drew’s twin brother. If there’s a chance Drew is still alive and perhaps being held in captivity by Peter, Jason will want answers about that.

Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri), Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) and several others need the truth.

That plane crash may have been a convenient way to make everyone stop looking for Drew – similar to what happened with Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) faked death. As for Peter’s phone call, it’d be great if he found out Drew escaped from one of the minions in charge of holding him.

That’d leave the door open for Jason and Franco’s search for Drew as well as the possibility he’d eventually just show back up in Port Charles. Naturally, Peter’s call could be unrelated, but the real point is Franco will find out something disturbing and team up with Jason – most likely to get to the bottom of it.

Could Franco and Jason team up to find a living Drew? Could Billy Miller reprise the role of Drew or could the role potentially be recast? It’d be a fantastic November sweeps surprise if Drew reentered the picture, even just in the form of a survival hint.

General Hospital spoilers say the excitement’s about to rev up in Port Charles, so keep watching GH. CDL will have tons of other scorching General Hospital spoilers, updates and news for you, so be sure to pop back in soon.
