General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) current romance seems doomed thanks to Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) long list of secrets. It took a long time for Maxie to trust Peter again after he was revealed as Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) son, but Maxie was eventually able to move past Peter’s deception.
Unfortunately, Peter hasn’t learned his lesson, which means he’ll eventually be exposed as a liar and someone who’s capable of incredibly dark things – like ordering a hit on Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and so much more.
The point is Peter and Maxie’s relationship is going to crash and burn! It’s tough to imagine Maxie giving Peter another chance under the circumstances.
Maxie has her kids to think about, including this baby that’s on the way. Peter can’t be trusted, so there’s just no way Maxie can raise a family with him – not right now anyway.
Maxie’s heart will shatter along with her trust in Peter, but there’s always hope for a brighter future. New love can often be just around the corner on soaps.
With that in mind, did Kirsten Storms drop a hint about another pairing possibility on Instagram? Storms shared a post about Brando’s portrayer, Johnny Wactor.
The GH actress gave her costar a shout-out to let everyone know Wactor’s also on Instagram. Storms offered some fun facts about Wactor and definitely seems like she’d be open to working with him.
“Thought I’d start your week off right and let you know that “Brando” is on Instagram,” Storms said in her post. “He’s a great actor, is very nice, has a southern accent and climbs rocks. Big rocks. Check out his page —-> @johnnywactor #ghfamily #happymonday #yourewelcome”
Brando is still single, but he’d surely make some lucky lady a sweet boyfriend. Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will keep her hookup with Brando a secret while she remains in this domestic partnership TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
That one-night stand secret’s bound to blow up later, but Molly’s devoted to TJ and may be able to work things out with him in the end.
Brando and Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) interactions have been intriguing, but it’s tough to buy GH deviating from Sam and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) popular pairing.
If anything happens between Brando and Sam, it probably won’t be much and it probably won’t last long.
Brando’s going to need a love interest that he can build a true future with – and maybe that love interest could be Maxie down the road. After Maxie’s heart heals following Peter’s exposure, could Brando be her perfect match?
Storms certainly approves of Wactor as an actor, so General Hospital might as well give Maxie and Brando a shot!
