General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that there’s a big question mark hanging over Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) plan to use Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Liesl’s hoping Dante can clear her name and take Peter August (Wes Ramsey) down in one fell swoop, but things rarely go according to plan on GH. The big question here involves whether Dante can actually complete the mission.
Dante has been programmed, but he’s clearly doing his best to control his dark impulses. There are also some wildcards in this storyline that Obrecht couldn’t have anticipated – like Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) upcoming departure.
Whether that exit is deadly or not, Dante has promised to be there for Rocco Falconeri (O’Neill Monahan). He doesn’t intend to go anywhere and wants to make Rocco a priority. That could weigh on Dante’s mind and make him reluctant to sink back to a dark place.
Dante won’t want to land at a WSB facility again away from his family.
There are plenty of people plotting Peter’s downfall, but it feels like there’s always some reason why they can’t make it happen. Liesl isn’t the kind of woman who likes delays or excuses. She’s also a pro at wiggling out of tough situations, so Liesl might decide enough is enough.

Between Peter’s engagement to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and this bundle of joy they’re expecting, Liesl will have some good reasons to potentially sneak back to Port Charles.
Perhaps Obrecht will decide that if Dante can’t complete the mission after Lulu’s death – especially not in a timely manner – then she’ll just have to take matters into her own hands.
Whatever the case, Liesl won’t care about the consequences she might face.
