General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, August 31, tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will finally come home to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco)! This is exciting news for “JaSam” fans, but Sam will have questions.
She’ll realize Jason wasn’t part of the Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson) search, so she’ll wonder what could be more important than finding Wiley.
Of course, Jason’s been busy getting Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) the medical care he needed. Since Taggert’s supposed to be dead, it’s better not to spread the word. At the same time, Jason doesn’t like to keep secrets from Sam. It’ll be interesting to see exactly how much Jason decides to divulge.
Regardless, Jason and Sam will have something to celebrate since Wiley’s back safe and sound. Over with Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan), he’ll tell Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that he misses her and hopes she misses him, too.
General Hospital spoilers point to a moment of reconnection between Alexis and Neil, but this conversation is apparently going to take a terrible turn.
Alexis will battle heartache by the time Tuesday rolls around, so she may push Neil away to work on herself right now. Whatever the case, let’s talk about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and her quest for the truth about her biological daughter.
Nina will give Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) updates on the daughter hunt, which has a new lead thanks to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher).
Valentin should deal with some mixed emotions since he wanted to be the one to reunite Nina with her long-lost child. Even so, Valentin loves Nina enough to want this for her no matter what. He’ll probably wish Nina luck, but Valentin may also warn Nina that trusting Jax may not be the best idea.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will get upset with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Michael and Willow shared a tender moment once Wiley was tucked back in his own bed, but Willow will lash out once they’re downstairs again. “Why am I just hearing about this now?” Willow asks in Monday’s GH preview, though she seems more concerned than angry.
This might involve the head injury Michael received or something along those lines. General Hospital spoilers say Willow will do something she regrets on Monday, so she might end up crossing a line she’s not ready to cross yet.
Michael and Willow are quite emotional right now, so there’s always the possibility of a kiss soon.
Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will visit Mike Corbin (Max Gail) at Turning Woods. Sonny will remind Mike that it’s OK to go if he’s ready. “I don’t want you sticking around for me,” Sonny says by Mike’s bedside in Monday’s preview clip.
Sonny will end up planning a special day for Mike on Tuesday, so maybe Monday will offer some hint about a final wish for his father.
At the cabin, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will get grilled about what happened when she chased after Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier). Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) debated with Carly about whether the cops would believe her side of the story.
However, Carly’s the only one who can decide what she’s going to spill.
Valerie Spencer (Paulina Bugembe) will ask Carly about the fight she had with Nelle and wonder if Carly hurt her. Carly will deny it, but Valerie will be somewhat pushy about this whole situation.
In the end, Carly will also keep her mouth shut about the cliff fall, so this cover-up will move forward.
