General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, October 5, tease that a great episode’s coming up. We should note that Thursday’s preemption was tentatively bumped to Friday due to a weather delay in MLB coverage.
Friday’s GH episode is expected to be preempted, so these General Hospital spoilers are currently set to air on Monday – although that could change depending on how the games go.
Regardless, we’ll fill you in on what’s happening next on General Hospital. For starters, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have an important meeting with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). GH fans know Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has been trying to cross lines lately, so Sonny needs the full scoop.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) voiced her concerns about Cyrus trying to buy Charlie’s Pub from Julian Jerome (William deVry) among other shady moves. Jason and Sam agreed it was like Cyrus was taunting them, so Cyrus is coming dangerously close to violating the agreement he made with Sonny.
With that in mind, Jason will pass along updates to Sonny and suggest a new plan.
Since Cyrus is testing the boundaries of what’s acceptable, it might be time for Sonny to rattle Cyrus’ cage, too. That could be risky, but Sonny and Jason may have no choice. They can’t let Cyrus walk all over them or else he’ll think that’s how it’s going to be from now on.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will freak over the phone call she was asked to accept the charges on. I
t’s from none other than Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) at Pentonville – Ava’s lying ex who posed as Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and killed her daughter, Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin).
Naturally, Ava will assume Ryan isn’t calling to have an ordinary chat. When Ryan becomes part of the story again, there’s always trouble!
General Hospital viewers know Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) sent that incriminating letter to Ryan – the one that could expose Julian’s crimes and put him in Sonny’s murderous path.
Julian and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) are currently in the room with Ava, so they may push her to accept Ryan’s call and see what he wants. However, Ryan may request a meeting in person if Ava wants to keep her brother alive!
Perhaps Ryan will offer just enough info to leave Ava fearful and send her to Pentonville for Julian’s sake.
Meanwhile, let’s talk about what’s happening on The Haunted Star. Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” gathered up his nerve and tried to make his move with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), who found a way to shut him down.
Joss was quick to work the family angle and dashed off to talk to her volleyball friends.
As for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), she felt a wave of grief over Marcus Taggert’s (Real Andrews) death and had to take a break from the party. All of that led to Cameron Webber (William Lipton) sharing a close moment with Joss away from the crowd – and they just leaned in for a kiss.
Trina just reconvened with Dev, so they might come around the corner just in time to witness that lip lock. If so, that should be pretty painful since Dev’s crushing on Josslyn and Trina clearly likes Cam!
Even if Cameron and Josslyn manage to keep this kiss under wraps, it’s only going to add to Cam’s confusion. Cameron feels a connection with both Trina and Josslyn.
He finds them smart, beautiful, funny, etc. Since both gals are the total package in Cameron’s eyes, he’ll be more torn than ever on the next GH episode.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will meet up with Stella Henry (Vernee Watson). Curtis’ recent blowup will be forgotten, but Stella will still have some concerns as they chat over dinner.
Stella is nosy to the core, so she’s bound to realize Curtis is keeping things from her.
Of course, Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) is keeping things from Curtis, too – like the fact that Taggert is alive. Secrets always lead to drama in Port Charles, but PC residents never learn their lesson.
Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) is another secret-keeper we need to talk about. She’ll sense that TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) is getting too wrapped up in this war on Cyrus, so she’ll want TJ to just focus on their relationship.
Molly will play up what a bright future they’re going to have, so TJ may back off Cyrus a bit and agree to concentrate on their life together.
TJ and Molly have a commitment ceremony coming up, but Molly’s one-night stand secret is bound to explode before they make public vows!
