General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will have some things to get off his chest as he visits Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) at GH. When Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) asked if Michael had been to see Sasha since she woke up, Michael admitted he hadn’t.
Since Michael was so angry over the reckless and manipulative fake affair, he was afraid he’d say something he might regret. However, Willow pointed out that Michael clearly has lingering feelings for Sasha.
Michael needs to sort through what’s really in his heart when it comes to his ex, so that means settling down and taking the time to do it.
Whether that leads to a full-fledged reunion with Sasha or not, Michael has to face how he feels about her. On December 7, Sasha will admit she’s grateful Michael was by her side for hours the night she overdosed – though she was too out of it to know it at the time.
That said, Sasha won’t feel like Michael owes her anything. Michael will correct Sasha on that and insist he owes her everything instead. Although Michael doesn’t agree with the way Sasha and Chase went about their sacrifice, it still means the world to Michael.
There’s no doubt that Michael’s marriage to Willow bolstered his case against Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier). If it hadn’t been for Sasha and Chase’s faux cheating, Michael and Willow might never have gotten married.
Since Michael scored full custody of Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Erik and Theo Olson), he can’t be entirely angry about what Sasha did. Even so, Michael should voice his frustration about how it all went down and wish Sasha would’ve been honest.
Sasha had plenty of chances to come clean, but she let Michael stay in the dark – and that brought him closer to Willow. Michael will probably acknowledge that his heart is a mess right now. He’s torn about his future, but he’s open to the possibility that he still has one with Sasha.
General Hospital spoilers say Sasha will appreciate how Michael looks at her now. Without the affair lie between them, Sasha will sense a big shift in their relationship. There are feelings on both sides and that presents the potential for Sasha and Michael to move forward together.
Still, Michael can’t just forget Willow and pretend like their marriage never happened. Will Michael and Sasha be able to reconnect as a couple? There are bound to be a few returning sparks as they talk and work through everything.
At the same time, Michael has a family with Willow and Wiley. Sasha may have trouble fitting in Michael’s life now – and his persistent feelings for Willow are bound to be a problem! As other GH news comes in, we’ll pass along updates.
