General Hospital Spoilers: Sizzling GH 2021 Preview – Brutal Bombshells, Fierce Battles, Deadly Consequences and More

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that 2021 will bring some new beginnings in Port Charles, but some PC residents will still be dealing with the ghosts of the past!

There’ll be some great twists and turns as another year gets underway, so let’s discuss the exciting drama ahead. Here’s a 2021 preview of what you can look forward to.

For starters, Sam McCall (Kelly McCall) will concentrate on a fresh start following her breakup with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). GH viewers will see Sam shift her focus to her family and her career.

General Hospital spoilers say a surprising friend will emerge during this transition period for Sam. A long-time acquaintance will become a true pal and help Sam navigate the new path she heads down.

However, Sam will also face a hurdle once she’s hit with some major medical news. That should catch Sam off guard and leave her making even more adjustments to her life.

As for Jason, he’ll clash with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) as their alliance deepens. Jason and Britt will inevitably get closer once Britt fully commits to Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) takedown, but there’ll still be some spats.

Speaking of Cyrus, he’ll have to deal with Jason while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is out of the picture. Jason will take steps to protect the people he loves as well as the rest of Port Charles.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will back Jason up as they both cope with Sonny’s MIA status.

That brings us to Sonny himself. Just where is the head of the Corinthos clan? General Hospital spoilers hint that amnesia is in Sonny’s future, so it could be a long road back to where he came from.

The cops will reveal Sonny’s fate to Carly and her family, but they may have the wrong idea. It appears Sonny may be presumed dead since a devastating bombshell’s looming for the Corinthos fam.

Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) world will be complicated by the choices he’s made, so Cyrus could easily battle some suspicions about his driver and liaison. There’ll be some consequences in 2021 for Brando – and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will remain in Brando’s orbit and part of his concerns.

Next, let’s talk about Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen). They’ll have to make choices about who they love most and want to be with in the new year. Look for big developments in Michael and Willow’s storyline with Sasha and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

Other General Hospital spoilers say Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will turn to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) for help with something. If Valentin does what Martin asks, it could spark conflict with the Corinthos clan.

Valentin will come through for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and her growing list of legal problems, but what about Alexis and Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) big secret? Alexis will be a wildcard as long as she refuses to get assistance for her drinking problem, so her loose lips could be an issue.

Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will want answers about Alexis’ arrest, which presents another opportunity for trouble. If the truth about Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) setup comes out, then the truth about Alexis and Ned’s one-night stand could come out, too.

Drama will be coming at Ned and Alexis from every angle, so we’ll see how they handle that.

As for Peter August (Wes Ramsey), he’ll face some stunning news in the new year and sets off a horrible chain reaction. It sounds like Peter will find out Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) isn’t his real mother.

Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) is the one who gave birth to Peter, so the knowledge of that could bring Peter’s world crashing down in a big way.

Of course, there’ll be some double wedding drama for Peter, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Anna and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Since Finn told Anna about his hookup with Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney), he’s going to be hurt when he realizes Anna didn’t share her own deepest, darkest secret.

The fact that Anna hid Peter’s true paternity will be a sore spot for Finn.

Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) medical woes will worsen, so Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will work hard to keep her family intact. Meanwhile, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will look to the future as they fall more in love every day.

Nevertheless, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will remain a sneaky threat who could strike when they least expect it.

Across town, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) may find ways to use her newfound family connections to her advantage. As Laura gets to know Martin a bit better, she might end up in a position where she can stir the pot between Martin and Cyrus. A brother battle could help Laura if she plays her cards right.

General Hospital spoilers say Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will also have to decide if his marriage to Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) can survive.

As for Marcus Taggert (Asante Jones), he’ll get some encouragement from Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) as he works to repair his relationship with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).

Trina will struggle to reconnect with her dad in the months ahead, but Taggert will hope he can make things right. All that’s coming up – plus, a whole lot more! There’ll be some fantastic material in 2021, so we’ll pass along more updates as they roll in.
