General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, November 24, teases that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will want the scoop from her brother. Julian Jerome (William deVry) will tell Ava about the explosion, which resulted in casualties at The Floating Rib.
Ava will seek answers about who died and may even ask Julian if he played a role in this.
No matter how much Julian admits, he’ll hope Ava can come through for him. Julian will desperately need some help, so this may involve taking Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) up on his offer.
Nikolas was willing to help Julian flee Port Charles, but the offer may be off the table if Julian’s explosive package delivery comes to light.
For now, Ava will respond with an ultimatum. She may not be willing to help Julian unless she knows the whole truth, so it looks like Julian will have a horrific confession to make soon.
In the meantime, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will get updates from Mac Scorpio (John J. York) before dashing off to see Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) in her hospital room.
Maxie will cry with Lulu, who’ll remain distraught over Dustin Phillips’ (Mark Lawson) sudden death. After Lulu talks about Dustin dropping to one knee and popping the question, Maxie will want Lulu to get honest. Would Lulu have said yes if Dustin had pulled through?
Lulu may struggle to answer that question, but it seems likely Dustin’s survival would’ve led to accepting his marriage proposal. Knowing Dustin had escaped death might’ve felt like a sign. However, the outcome would’ve been totally different if there’d been no explosion at all.
Lulu wasn’t ready for Dustin to officially move in, so she certainly wasn’t ready to marry him. She had just finished telling Laura Collins (Genie Francis) that she was still in love with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Sadly, there’s no point in dwelling on what might’ve been anyway since Dustin is gone.
Now Lulu has to get examined and see if her injuries are as minor as she believes. Since Emme Rylan still has an exit coming up, Lulu might have some slow brain bleeding that takes some time to notice.
It’s possible Lulu will end up comatose or even dead by the end of all this, but we’ll just have to see how it all plays out.
In the meantime, Dante will discuss the blast with Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Since Dante will suggest there are better ways for him to use his skills, it sounds like his security gig at The Invader may be over.
Dante needs to complete his Peter mission and solve the mystery of who planted the bomb, so he’s got other projects to keep him busy.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will get another pep talk from Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) as he gazes at the explosion aftermath. It seems Sonny will suspect Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was responsible, so that should bring some guilt.
Sonny never wanted the mob war to sink this low, but Carly may point out Cyrus is the one who started this and later broke the truce.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will have a critical conversation about Julian Jerome (William deVry) on Tuesday’s GH episode.
Julian was about to make a major admission to Sam, who was too worried about Jason and Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) to listen. However, Sam will find it strange when Julian’s suddenly nowhere to be found.
Sam won’t get why Julian was so adamant about telling her something – only to take off without warning. General Hospital spoilers say Sam will also felt left out of the loop on something.
Once Sonny and Jason talk things over, they may wonder if Julian planted the bomb for Cyrus. General Hospital spoilers say Sonny’s going to want revenge sooner or later!
Sam won’t solve the mystery at this point, but a significant memory could help with that during the week of November 30-December 4. Until then, let’s talk about Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and her persistent drinking problem.
Alexis is refusing to take her loved ones’ advice, but Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is holding out hope that Alexis will regain control of her life.
General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will talk to Alexis as she throws back more alcohol. Alexis will get curious about Valentin’s tactic, so she may think he’s trying to play shrink somehow.
On the other hand, Valentin always has multiple strategies in play. Alexis might end up grilling Valentin about his plan to give Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) legal rights to Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
Next, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will reel over the loss of Dev Cerci aka “Dev Corbin” (Ashton Arbab). Although Brando wasn’t Dev’s true dad, he’d started to embrace that role in Dev’s life.
Brando won’t have the opportunity to dish out any more fatherly advice, so that’ll be hard to accept. On the bright side, Carly will be there for Brando when he needs her most.
Finally, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will wake up horrified following a terrible dream. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will catch Brad having this nightmare and question him afterward, so Brad will admit he’s concerned about dying.
He’ll believe someone’s bound to come finish the job, but Britt will work to keep Cyrus and his minions away from Brad’s room.
