General Hospital Spoilers: Week of November 23 – Explosion Kills Lulu, Injures Cam - Thanksgiving Preemption Schedule

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of November 23-27 tease that we’ll see some shocking moments following a major explosion at The Floating Rib. Port Charles will face some struggles in the aftermath, so let’s talk about the action and devastation ahead.

For starters, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will be injured and in need of medical attention. Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) will team up on an urgent mission. It looks like Dustin and Dante will work together on a futile effort to save Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan).

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will find herself searching for answers, but Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will stonewall her until he knows more. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will also want some info on Lulu’s fate, but Mac won’t be ready to divulge anything.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be crushed when he realizes his war with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) led to shocking consequences. Naturally, there’ll be plenty of anger bubbling up for Sonny, too.

You can bet Sonny will start planning his retaliation, but he’ll have to be careful or there’ll just be more innocent casualties.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will battle her nerves as she awaits updates after the blast. It looks like Sonny and Carly will fret over Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) – and the same should go for Sam.

General Hospital spoilers say Sam will ditch a discussion with Julian Jerome (William deVry) once she receives word on what’s going on.

Sam won’t feel like she’s getting the whole story, but Jason will be able to fill her in eventually. Jason should be OK in the end, but Lulu won’t fare as well in this explosion.

Sadly, General Hospital spoilers suggest Lulu will die as a result of Cyrus’ attack. That may be why Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) seeks out Laura to deliver terrible news.

As for Carly, she’ll find a way to make herself useful. Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will appreciate Carly’s help – and Carly should appreciate the distraction. Unfortunately, the loss of Lulu will hit hard.

Sonny will reel over Dante’s former flame facing a grim fate and will take steps to make sure the rest of his family’s protected.

As for Julian Jerome (William DeVry), he’ll hope he can score a favor from Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). That’ll lead to Ava giving Julian a stern ultimatum.

Ava may feel like if Julian doesn’t leave town and stop this Cyrus madness, then she’ll have to wash her hands of him. This will be getting out of hand as far as Ava’s concerned!

At GH, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will check on Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) in his hospital room. Brad will be tossing and turning during a nightmare, so Britt will certainly worry about him.

Perhaps Britt will urge Lucas Jones (Matt Trudeau) to visit Brad and give him some comfort during this difficult time. With any luck, maybe Lucas will consider forgiving Brad for his role in the baby switch.

Over with Sam and Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos), they’ll feel like they have to do something about Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) drinking. Molly and Sam won’t want to let Alexis further destroy her life, but it’s hard to help someone who doesn’t want it.

As for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll get support from Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) as she deals with Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) brain tumor recurrence. General Hospital spoilers say some scary moments are ahead for the “Friz” family, but Liz will try to stay strong.

We should note that GH will air a repeat on Thursday, November 26. That’ll be followed by college football or local programming on Friday, November 27. It all depends on your area, but the point is General Hospital won’t be airing a new episode that day.

The following Monday will pick up the action again as Port Charles celebrates a late Thanksgiving – though it should be a somber one after all the explosion drama. CDL’s your one-stop source for sizzling General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so don’t forget to stop by often.
