The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) may wind up in a fresh pairing down the road. Steffy will have a new man around her when original episodes start airing again, so it seems like a no-brainer to put them together romantically. There’s no news on who’s playing this hunk just yet, but the casting choice is incredibly important.
Although many B&B fans have objected to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) waffling between Steffy and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), Steffy and Liam have still been a popular couple for the show.
That’s something we’ve seen in many of B&B’s classic episodes. Liam’s love story with Steffy has arguably been every bit as important as his love story with Hope.
Of course, Liam’s with Hope at the moment, but people are always going to remember when Steffy and Liam were paired up. This new man will be compared to Liam – just like the new pairing’s chemistry will be compared to Steffy and Liam’s chem.
Will Steffy’s next pairing be able to compete with “Steam”? Time will tell, but B&B’s surely tried hard to find an actor who’ll work well with Jacqueline MacInnes Wood.
It sounds like this guy was brought on specifically to work with Wood – at least for the time being. That could change eventually, but the goal for now seems to be inching Steffy and this new man toward couple status.
Plenty of Steffy fans are thrilled over this news, but so much depends on the show’s choice of actor. It’ll really make or break the success of this character and his potential popularity with Steffy. The Bold and the Beautiful will give us our first glimpse of the new man in Steffy’s life down the road, so stay tuned.
