The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will face a new challenge. Steffy conquered one obstacle by convincing Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to keep his mouth shut – though Liam may or may not keep his promise!
Regardless, Steffy will have her own issues to worry about as she struggles to hide the truth from John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Steffy can’t bear the thought of Finn finding out she betrayed him with Liam. She’d much rather focus on the future and let Finn keep thinking everything’s fine.
The problem is Steffy will battle guilt and the fear that the truth will come out anyway. It sounds like Steffy will have a sinking feeling that disaster is just around the corner, but she may be the one who causes that disaster.
Steffy may inadvertently sabotage her relationship by behaving differently around Finn and raising red flags.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn will indeed grow increasingly suspicious in the coming episodes. He’ll sense that something’s off about Steffy, but he won’t be sure what. Finn will gently encourage Steffy to open up, but she’ll undoubtedly deny that anything’s wrong.
Even so, Finn will feel like Steffy’s distant and just not herself. Steffy will be on edge and perhaps even a bit panicky at times. Steffy will seem like she’s hiding something – because she is!
Based on Steffy’s drug use earlier this year, it’d easy to imagine Finn thinking Steffy’s back on pills. Will Finn confront Steffy and demand to know if she’s addicted again?
Finn may run down the list of the warning signs he’s seeing. He may assume they’re due to a secret drug addiction, not Steffy’s secret hookup with her ex-husband.
