The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) may reevaluate her life soon. B&B fans know Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has been given a devastating diagnosis. She only has a month left to live and doesn’t want anyone to know, but blabbermouth Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is already spreading the word.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) knows Sally’s dying, and The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) about to join the secret circle, too. Since Wyatt may confide in Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), this secret probably won’t stay a secret for long.
There’s a good chance the news will trickle out to Steffy and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) eventually.
After all, it’d be better for Steffy to know why Sally isn’t quite up to par at work. Sally’s fading fast, so there’s no need to kick the poor woman when she’s down. She deserves all the love and support in the world.
Of course, Steffy has grown closer to Sally lately and would certainly be rocked by this tough blow. It could be a huge reminder of how short life is and how you can’t take things for granted.
Steffy may also realize life’s too short for secrets and manipulation. Since we’ve already seen Steffy battle guilt over her kiss with Liam, this could be a good reason for Steffy to come clean about Thomas’ involvement. Hearing about the looming death of someone so vibrant and fierce could be a game-changer.
Sally won’t want to have any regrets as she nears the end – and Steffy may decide she doesn’t want regrets either, even if she’s lucky enough to live a long happy life.
Steffy has to make the most of the here and now, not spending her days dwelling on a secret that Liam might forgive her for. Regardless, it’s not a good idea to rebuild a relationship with a dark cloud hanging over it like this.
Could Sally’s diagnosis shift Steffy’s perspective? Will Steffy confess how Thomas roped her into kissing Liam when Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) was watching? It’s not something Steffy’s proud of, but it’s also not a secret that’s truly horrible. It’s certainly not up there with stealing a baby or anything!
Once Steffy explained, perhaps Sally’s grim fate could tug at Liam’s heartstrings as well. Maybe Liam really would give Steffy a clean slate and appreciate her honesty. Whatever the case, Steffy won’t know for sure until she confesses. Let’s hope Steffy will admit the truth before Liam finds out another way.
