The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is in the midst of a very confusing time. As B&B viewers know, Ridge was estranged from Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) for a lengthy period of time, only to get back together and immediately learn that Brooke kissed Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). That pushed Ridge right into Shauna Fulton’s (Denise Richards) arms, and the two left for Vegas together.
Well, now Ridge is back in Los Angeles with Brooke, and Shauna has supposedly said goodbye to Ridge forever. It’s a real mess, but we don’t expect that Ridge is going to just instantly get back together with Brooke after everything that’s gone down.
Ridge is deeply hurt by Brooke’s dalliance with Bill, and there’s a good chance that Brooke and Ridge’s period of estrangement is going to continue for the foreseeable future.
All of this makes us wonder if it’s time for Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) to come back and get in the mix. We’d love to see and hear Taylor’s take on Brooke’s indiscretion with Bill, and it seems that she’d be the perfect person to step in and offer Ridge counsel and comforting over what Brooke has put him through.
Of course, Taylor could wind up simultaneously pushing herself as a good alternative option for Ridge.
It wasn’t too long ago that Taylor planted a big kiss on Ridge right there in Brooke’s living room and floated the idea of them getting back together. One could argue that Taylor might want to come back now that Brooke and Ridge are estranged and fight for her ex-husband.
On the other hand, Taylor hates the idea of Brooke and Ridge being together so much that she might just encourage Ridge to go after Shauna if Shauna ends up coming back to Los Angeles!
Now that would be an interesting turn of events, and it’s not as ridiculous as it might at first sound for Taylor to push Ridge in Shauna’s direction – after all, it would get Ridge away from Brooke, which should make Taylor happy in any case.
We suppose it would depend on which is stronger – Taylor’s momentary desire to be with Ridge or her animosity toward Brooke. Who knows – if Taylor were to see that Shauna brought out something good in Ridge, and pushing Ridge in Shauna’s direction would destroy Brooke, then Taylor might just advocate for Ridge and Shauna to be together.
And that would REALLY annoy Brooke. Brooke’s already got Quinn out to ruin her marriage with Ridge, so if Taylor came back and suddenly got on “team Shauna,” then Brooke would really be in a pickle.
At any rate, we’d love to see Taylor return under any circumstances, but we think that it would be especially fun to see her get into the Ridge-Brooke-Shauna mess.
