The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will continue to lose his grip on reality. After the Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) mannequin declares love for Thomas, he’ll struggle to separate the real Hope from the fake Hope.
Thomas’ brain will make a mess of things and leave him increasingly confused, so it’ll become harder to pretend he’s just fine.
B&B fans can expect Thomas’ issues to get worse thanks to a family dinner with Hope and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). Thomas will love the idea of bonding as a fam, but there’ll be a big problem when he imagines the mannequin has come to life.
It sounds like we’ll see a tale of two Hopes during this dinner, so Thomas should have a hard time keeping the two of them straight. Perhaps Thomas will even talk to the mannequin in front of Douglas and the real Hope.
Thomas may find himself struggling to explain as he deals with overwhelming voices and orders.
Whatever the case, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam’s fury will erupt when he finds out Thomas, Hope and Douglas are all sharing a meal together. Liam may have a bad feeling about this and assume the dinner could end in disaster.

Liam doesn’t think it’s a good idea for Douglas to spend too much time with his dad, but he remains most concerned about Hope. As the object of Thomas’ obsession, Hope is indeed in danger.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will decide to confront Thomas, who’ll be busy mixing up the real Hope and fake Hope in his mind. Some shocking moments are in store once livid Liam marches over to Thomas’ apartment for a fierce faceoff.
